Location, no elevator
Host replied in Italien, and didn’t respond afterwards. Requested a crib for my baby and the host agreed first but then never provided one.

El anfitrión mala onda, dijo q podíamos dejar las maletas a las 12. Nadie nos esperaba, intentamos contactar y nos contestó de mala manera, tuvimos q andar con las maletas hasta que por fin avisó que había alguien en el apartamento. Las llaves no abrían, llamamos para que solucionen el problema y nada decía que las llaves funcionaban. Logramos después una hora con ayuda de un vecino abrir, pero cada vez que salíamos era un problema. El colchón y almohadas eran horribles, el baño grande pero el espacio de la ducha era mínimo. La verdad que precio calidad no lo recomendo
