A very nice place that we would definitely want to visit again.

The location was fantastic

The one bed was very hard. A little issue with the electrics - we were not able to have a few things on at the same time - it created a little planning issue. But all went fine.

Very nice location near beatiful lake Como. Appartment is specious and have good equiped kitchen with dishwasher. Overall good appartment, but not recommend for the stay with kids.

Turned out pool on the photos is not included and is available only if you book specific suite with the pool, kids were disappointed. Parking is only public - near the lake you need to pay or there is another one in 10 min walking distance wich is free.

Big room for improvement

Spacious property with a nice view and good location

Unfortunately, the curtains in the property are so thin that they do no block any light so it was a challenge to sleep. The property also had an odour issue particularly with the fridge which had a very unpleasant and pungent smell every time it was opened.

Double check every detail before booking

The private room is accurate for couples.

First we choose to stay in the small room which in the pictures shows a view with the pool and some green areas(so it give you the impression that you will sleep in a small room but you will have some areas to spare your mind if you need it), but these pictures does not belong to the small room, they were taken from another point in the building and belong to the private room with pool. The host said the picture were arranged by Booking.com (which I don't believe) and they were not responsible if I selected the room by only seeing the picture and not checking the facility list. So it was my fault to believe in something I see on the specific pictures of the room I selected.(NOT FAIR) The host does not have a reimbursement policy,, I talked to her and she refuse to return the money, and only offer me the option to take the private room with pool for a reduced price. I also call booking support, and spent from 3pm until 5pm, just to solve this problem. For me and my wife there was not any other option that negotiate with the host. We ended up in wasting more money.

It 35mins away from Como. So if you want to tour all of Lake Como, you need to have a car. This place doesn’t have a dedicated car parking, you can park your car up a nearby hill for free public street parking

Great location next to the lake shore and in the middle of a tiny town with restaurants and cafes.

No acces to the pool, although it was among the features announced in the Booking.com search. The kids were quite disappointed.

Très belle appartement a deux pas du lac de Côme

Le studio était magnifique, très bien agencer et décorer, très grand, tous les équipement necessaire était présent, même une machine a laver, la salle de bain est spacieuse et bien décorer, a deux pas du lac donc très bien situer, personnel très agréable, professionnel et disponible.

Stationnement a proximité difficile. Il aurais juste manquer a ce studio un petit balcon afin qu'il soit parfait.

Die Lage war perfekt, kurze Wege zum See. Allerdings ist der Eingang für größere Autos nicht befahrbar. Der öffentliche Parkplatz ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus, der Pool ist nicht für jede Ferienwohnung zugänglich. Leider hat es bei Anreise stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen.

Sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig.

Wir waren erstaunt, dass keine Küche da war, kein Kühlschrank und nur ein Wasserkocher und ein paar Tassen und Gläser. Leider gab es auch nur zwei Stühle auf der Terrasse und einen kleinen Tisch, was ein gemütliches zusammensitzen unmöglich gemacht hat. Sonst waren wir zufrieden.

Zu wenig Stühle, kein Kühlschrank.
