Stay away.

It's possible to stay a night there.

Lengthy self-checkin process. The place feels like a prison, not a bnb. The host did not answer, and we were locked for an hour outside the apartment.

For the money it was good. So many rules

You have a lot of room space, kitchen, microwave and fridge.

The light in the shower was not working. You have to put blanket cover on yourself. Fridge smells a little bit because it was turned off. Also in shower metal thing where water comes out from wasnt holding properly. So many warnings on the wall, what you can't do, after reading all that you are scared to breath in there

Code not working, called 9 times the phone nu.received - nothing. After 40minutes (not nice) lady appeared with keys. Apartment's bathroom with walls open at the top, old matresses, parking open for everyone (not likely to get it), dodgy neighbourhood,...

Terrible experience

Not much

Totally automated checking. No phone or internet connection? Than you can not get in Had to wait for almost one hour on the street until I received the login code. Tel customer service after choosing English plays a Italian answer. No body was reachable in person. Not even booking.com could reach anyone on 3 different numbers. When we finally checked in it turned out that the promised WiFi had zero reception in the apartment. Only in the hallway. The apartment was very cold because the cleaner left a lot of windows open . Heater was not working. Needed to heat up the place with 2 airco units which took a very long time

Interesting place, spacious and is an apartment

A few things really bothered me. Firstly, the apartment is full of warnings of what happens when you steal (why the need to make things so accusatory? just solve the problems with the people who actually steal). Worst thing of all: we had literally no wi-fi connection, and to top it off: the signal was really bad inside so we had no internet connection for our whole stay there (God forbid you have work to do). I went out to ask the lady that greeted us what's with the wifi. She told me "its not the wifi, its your phone, mine works". I was like "okay but my boyfriend's doesn’t work either". Mind you, she was talking on videocall with someone showing them around. She told me "call the manager". I explicitly asked her to give me the number of the manager and she literally ignored me and went on talking on the phone. I asked 5 more times all of which were ignored. In the end I went in her face and demanded to get the number of the manager which she finally did. Very rude lady!!!!! The manager was no help either as they left me on read. I honestly would never go there again. And I do not recommend it even though the conditions are good, its not worth having a problem no one is willing to help you out with.

I like the TV options. I liked the idea of room looking like whole flat.

First of all, every inch of the apartment smell like cigarettes. Even a whole apartment wasn't clean like we expect. Another thing, some things were broken. The whole complex looked like testing chambers for people. (Black Mirror) I am sorry, it was really unpleasent stay.

Bad

Be prepared that you will not get an answer to your messages. It makes no sense to write them in the booking, there is only a bot. Then you pay for a room for 4 ppl., you arrive and there are only 2 beds in the room and the other 2 people have to sleep on a dirty, smelly sofa without sheets because the maid forgot to put the right amount of sheets! You get no compensation. This is not a hotel, just a money scam.

Pleasant

It was a good price for a family of 4. There was free parking opposite and it was clean - although it needed work in places (sofa was worn and burn mark in kitchen worktop)

Pull out sofa was really uncomfortable and the duvet they provided was decidedly grubby so we didn't use it. Also, the fridge didn't work. We'd shopped for breakfast items and couldn't put anything in the fridge! No WiFi at all, although its said free WiFi was in the apartment.

Very dirty room (lots of long hairs on the floor and no one with long hairs). Sheets and towel with spots. Poorly maintained facility with suspicious individuals in nearby rooms

Pleasant apartment but check in was less thank ideal.

The property was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Great aircon system. Easy check out.

When we arrived we were given check in details for the ring apartment and the key was not in the lockbox. We finally got through to the host and got into the right apartment. When we entered the correct one it was dirty, used sheets and towels were left every where. We struggled to get hold of the host on the phone, we put through to the Milan office rather than Lecco. They were incredibly rude to us over the phone. Eventually they sent someone out to clean it for us. There was a bit of damp throughout the apartment, mostly around plug sockets which didn’t feel safe. Plug sockets next to the bed didn’t fit a standard EU plug adapter meaning devices had to be charged downstairs over night.

No entrance key available, other guest let me in. Rooms are soulless with the bare minimum of supplies. No Internet in the room, not even mobile works there. By phone was told to send a cancellation request, got declined. To ask why, got hung up from rude staff. Further requests through booking.com got declined and staff pretended to not not understand english. Booked 2 days in advance, kindness doesn’t exist there. Stay away! A shame that booking.com even lists such a place.

Very good

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, easy access to the bus route.

Very disappointed that there wasn't a kettle to have a drink, we had to keep boiling water in a pot, also there was no toaster to have toast for breakfast wherever I've stayed before they've had one .The bathroom needs attention because when you had a shower the drain was blocked & the water wasn't running free it wasn't very nice.. The hair dryer plug didn't fit the connection in the wall so you couldn't use it, this needs changing. I think If the owner gets these few things sorted it would definitely be a 10 out of 10 place to stay for location and money.

DON’T go there, they force you to send them your ID photos via Internet

The apartment itself was quite ok, but the whole experience is awful.

Very complicated check-in, what they DON’T tell you is that you have to complete online check-in and you have to send pictures of your ID (and everyone who you travel with)via internet to some website called vickey. I’ve been to Italy over 5 times already, stayed in many hotels and apartaments and it’s the first time I had such situation. I didn’t want to do that and upload my personal informations on Internet (in my county’s it’s even illegal) but they said it’s mandatory and without it I couldn’t enter the apartment. When I asked for a refund instead they didn’t even bother and refused. They do not care about the guests. When we finally arrived to apartment the air conditions wasn’t working and they said they couldn’t do anything and we had to stay there (outside was about 40 degrees so you can imagine how unbearable the temperature was). If not a nice lady from Serbia who was in place herself we wouldn’t receive any help. Fortunately with her help they gave us different room (when I was speaking with the manager on the phone she said they didn’t have any… this is how they treat their guests). No privacy in the bathroom as it’s only thin wall that doesn’t reach ceiling (as at the photo). No parking spot for cars. Far away from city centre.
