The apartment offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a sofa. Among the many services included, you will find a washing machine, a TV and all the bathroom essentials.
For those arriving by car, free parking is available near the apartment, while a dedicated parking space can be obtained on request.
The internet connection is fast and stable, making the apartment also ideal for working from home. Children and pets are welcome!

Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.
Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.

We had a lovely two week stay at this large apartment in Lecco. The owners have put together a booklet with suggestions for restaurants, local attractions, and other helpful information, which we appreciated. The kitchen is very well equipped, and even has a full size refrigerator/ freezer with ice maker. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works great! Our one small complaint is that the bathtub showerhead is mounted at waist height. It does reach overhead, but you have to hold it with one hand. So that’s a bit tricky. But otherwise the apartment is nearly perfect. We would absolutely stay there again.
