Al Piccolo Pontile is a ground-floor vacation home right on the shore of Lake Como, in the quiet hamlet of Moregge in Mandello del Lario. Its heart is outdoors: a large, fenced private garden overlooking the water and a private jetty that gives you direct access to the lake, just steps from your door.
Spend your days in the garden enjoying views of the lake and mountains, have breakfast or dinner outdoors, and swim straight from the jetty using its ladder. In summer, when the lake level drops (usually around July), a small, gently sloping beach often forms in front of the property; since this depends on the lake level, it cannot be guaranteed. Evenings are perfect for watching the sunset over the water.
The house is entirely on one level with no steps, making it easy and comfortable for families, older guests, and anyone who values accessibility. It features two bedrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and streaming services. Free private parking is available on site.
House linens (bed linens, towels, and dish towels) and final cleaning are always included in the price. The only additional charge is the local tourist tax of €2 per person per night, payable on site.
Upon request, and weather permitting, we can arrange a boat trip on the lake during your stay. We also provide our guests with a local guide, covering swimming spots, walking trails, the best nearby restaurants, and all the practical details.
Mandello del Lario is a laid-back lakeside town on the eastern shore of Lake Como and a great base for exploring Varenna, Bellagio, and the rest of the lake. Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa, and Bergamo Orio al Serio airports are all about an hour’s drive away.
