The apartment is organized with an independent double bedroom (with dedicated terrace), a spacious living room with terraces on two sides and two sofa beds (one in a recess that can be isolated as an additional room), a gas kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower.
Another advantage is the reserved parking for the building. It is possible to park in the large outdoor parking lot, as well as in free spaces in the covered parking lot under the building (subject to availability).
