Quiet appartment with a stunning view.

The host and his mother are such warm welcoming people. The view is amazing and the appartment spacious and cool. We loved the quiet location and private pool.

Mosquitos. So be prepared because that is not something the host can control.

Beautiful milieu

Beautiful milieu, magnificent views and authentic ancient building + spacious appartment for a couple. Very helpful host. Good place to stay for mountaineers, backpackers and just walkers to enjoy the views. We loved it.

The apartment was a bit chilly. It didn't bother us too much after hikings.

Lovely visit

A friendly and attentive host. Large apartment for six although there were only four of us. Beautiful views from the apartment and the surroundings were so lovely that we could return again. The apartment was in a house with lovely views near Lecco. It was easy to get here by car. Lovely village nearby.

The apartment was quite cold this April and could have used a little more heating.

Wonderful experience. I’d love to return

Very quiet area. Beautiful sweeping view of Lake Como , the mountains, and the surrounding area , from the balcony, where we ate our meals. Several hiking trails from the door in various directions. our host went out of his way to give us a wonderful experience . We liked it so much that we stayed an extra day. Full kitchen

Everything was amazing The location, easy access to Lake Como, on a mountain with hiking trails. Spacious and comfortable unit, comfortable bed and the views were gorgeous. The owners were friendly and helpful.

Superb

Great view over the lago di Annone and the plains in direction of Milan. The host is super friendly and helpful. There is a garden with a great view, gas barbecue and everything you need. If you are a rock climber, it's perfect because the next "falesia" is just a few minutes away. Beautiful, antique furniture in the rooms.

The water pressure is quite low, but that's probably due to the location on the hill, so no complaints here.

It was our second stay at this place and we will come a third time

It is an absolutely awesome place, with a great view, a fantastic BBQ area in the garden, closeby to great hikes and to a climbing crag (15 minute walk). In the village of Galbiate, there is the best ice cream parlour in Italy! We totally recommend this place.

It is an old building. Because of that, there is always something not working as it should be. Last time the ventilation in the bathroom didn't turn off anymore and was running all night causing noise. This time, the toilet flush didn't stop at times which was annoying. I guess in such an old building something is bound not to work. If you are into modern buildings this might not be the right place for you.

A wonderful place, especially for climbers and hikers

Wonderful old building with a great view and a great balcony. Big apartment, huge fridge/freezer, BBQ in the garden, free parking, very friendly staff who took care of things that needed to be fixed. The location is great, quiet and in walking distance to rock climbing crag Galbiate. Hiking trails across the regional park start right at the door. We stayed 2 nights longer than intended because we liked it so much. We will come again.

As the building is really old, the facilities have seen better days. Some sockets can't be used, it takes ages to get hot water in the shower (but it will arrive in the end :)), the ventilator in the bathroom sometimes kept running all night etc.

A beautiful apartment, a private community, a public heritage.

Thé hosts were extremely friendly, professional and generous. Their love for the property, a castle in a regional park and their surrounding community was genuine and professionally shared. Domenico invited us to pick and eat fresh figs from a tree and Marniella generously gifted me a scarf on a cold and windy day. It is a great escape from the bustle of the city!

It was a bit of a challenge to find initially.

Das Appartement hatte von dem Balkon einen herrlichen Blick über die Landschaft mit Seen. Für Urlaub mit einem Hund sehr gut geeignet. Das Appartement verfügte über eine kleine eingezäunte Wiese. Schöne Wanderwege in der direkten Umgebung. Sehr netter Verwalter, der uns viele Tipps für die Ausflüge gegeben hat.

Geweldige tijd gehad, door de prachtige locatie en de eigenaren ons helemaal thuis lieten voelen

Fantastisch verblijf, op een geweldige locatie. Het uitzicht op het meer, de prachtige tuin waar we konden picknicken, de gebouwen zelf, het voelde alsof we in een museum verbleven. En de gastvrijheid van Samuele en zijn moeder waren absoluut uniek. We verbleven hier een weekend voor een bruiloft en we raden het absoluut aan.

Apartamento en la montaña con excelentes vistas

Es un apartamento con cocina, no hay desayuno. Se puede hacer pero hay que hacer la compra y cocinar. La ubicación es muy bonita, con excelentes vistas al lago D`Annone y al pueblo, en una villa medieval, aunque el acceso es un poco difícil por la carretera tan estrecha, sobre todo de noche.

El acceso por la carretera, con poca iluminación. No obstante, cuando se hace varias veces es más fácil.

To piękny, historyczny obiekt z dala od zgiełku. By dotrzeć do tego miejsca trzeba pokonać stromy wjazd pod górę. Cisza, spokój, cudowny ogród z widokiem na jezioro. Wohnung in einem alten Gemäuer (Burganlage) in wunderschöner Lage (Naturpark) abseits vom Alltagslärm. Gute Ausgangslage für spüortliche Aktivitäten (Wandern, klettern). Hund kann unkompliziert mitgenommen werden. Lecco und somit der Zugang zum Comer See in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar.
