Excellent location. Walking to the lake, restaurants, tourist attractions, and train station takes no more than 10-15 minutes. Blinds and a quiet neighborhood make it possible to sleep well.
One of the beds is a sofa-bed, so it's not ideal, but otherwise, it wasn't a disaster. The view from the windows is limited, but as I mentioned, the lake is a 10-minute walk away. the elevator is a bit noisy, but fortunately it is not used often by the tenement house's residents.
