Recommended only in high season

Location close to Mandello and perfect if you come with car. Stunning views from the bed. Something magic at night. We are sure that in summer has to be a good spot were to spend time.

Nobody was in the reception at the time we arrived. All closed! We had to call to the phone and have the instructions to acces to our bedroom. Middle October was already very cold. The dump in the bathroom discouraged us from taking a 2nd shower. Long and very steep stairs from the parking. Tiring if you have a lot of bags to carry. In low season only one person attending in the morning, she was offering breakfast but not very talkative with the few clients we were in the installations.

Mountain AND lake views in a peaceful setting 5 minutes from Mandello Del Lario centre.

The views were amazing! Half way up the mountain but completely accessible by car. Easy check in. Comfortable clean room with amazing view. The breakfast fabulous. The host very friendly and helpful. Loved it.

Amazing view and nice room near beautiful hiking tracks

Really nice staff who went the extra mile, the small room with the big window had an amazing view (I guess the smallest one has the best view). Really close to many beautiful hiking tracks. Pretty easy to walk up the hill from the train station also with luggage (less than 3 kilometres to both Mandello del Lario and Olcio, tickets best to buy online). Hot water in the shower. Breakfast okay. Restaurant 50 meters from hotel. Grocery store less than 2 kilometers. A/C in the room > not cold!!

Lovely Como view

We stayed in the room at top and had a lovely view of Como Lake. Stuff was so friendly. Breakfast is hardly recommended. Waking up with Como view is priceless :)

It was not clear how to check in. A welcome message with instructions should have been useful. Towels and bedtextiel smell dampness.

An incredible place, can’t wait to return.

The people were so friendly & helpful, the views were incredible and the room was perfect. There is nothing I didn’t like and already look forward to returning.

The location isn’t ideal if you don’t have a car (my fault!) but with buses, taxi’s and walking I figured it. Absolutely worth it for the views.

Exceptional view from the property, and interesting room.

The room have been changes significantly since the pictures were taken, with an added mezzanine that takes up a lot of space, and can not be accessed. Also the bathroom, which is no longer adjacent to the room, but through a corridor to an area that with other facilities.

Country feeling

The place is lovely. We arrieved quite late and Livio was very helpful with all my questions. He even lent an iron for my husbands shirt as we were heading to wedding the following day. The view around is magestic as large mountains surrounds the house. The breakfast was at extra charge and yummy: boiled eggs, croissants, slices of bread with cheese and prosciutto, small plum tomatoes, yougurt, juice, coffee and milk.

The huge wardrobe in the room looks great but I think that it smells like one of grandparents house. Toilet itself felt too huge to sit on like on a throne. :D

Cozy with an exceptional view

The view of the lake from the bed (!) is absolutely incredible. The room was small but had everything you needed. Modern bathroom with a large shower. Comfortable bed. Daily breakfast can be added for 5€ per person.

There was nothing i really disliked, just be aware that the property is outside of the center of Mandello on top of a hill, so you will need a car to get around.

Somana, bit of a curate's egg.

Pleasant people but the agriturismo didn't really offer much of their own produce and the owner's estimate of a mere 10 minutes walk to a nearby restaurant was more than over optimistic. The restaurant recommended (another agriturismo called La Selvaggia) was one of the best places I have eaten at in Italy but the walk to it was 30 minutes up a mule path.

The area is really nice for hiking. The personal is really friendly and overall the atmosphere was very positive. No complains whatsoever! The room with the view to the lake is gorgeous!

In my 6 years of travelling, I have never before seen so much value for my money. The place is just simply incredible. Livio is a great guy who is super helpful and friendly. The view from the room you just won't beat. Location amazing. All round 11/10. Stunning.

Location is in the mountains. So we can see perfect lake view. Nice garden with tables for romantic evening. Room was modern. We find everythink what we need.

In room was a little bit cold because all house is with stones. But we find condicionair with hot air funcion in the room. So everythink was fine.

Un agréable séjour, je recommande !

La vue est incroyable, un peu éloigné des zones touristiques ( il faut une voiture ) mais c'est ce que nous voulions.

Les équipements n'était pas de bonnes qualité ( bouilloire sale, tasse cassé). Espace bien être accessible uniquement avec la chambre du bas ou sur demande ( pas très clair )
