The owner seems to be trying to make the stay comfortable, but somehow not completely. The blankets could simply be plac

It was clean, we liked the town itself, there are many cafés and shops nearby, and the room has everything you need.

Communication with the owner was poor. The room was cold, and there was only one blanket for two beds. When we wrote to the owner asking for an additional blanket, we never received a reply — nor the blanket. Our child had a blanket, but we had to freeze under a sheet. The radiators were cold, and during this period it was raining, so there was nowhere to dry our wet clothes after the excursion. When we turned on the washing machine and the kettle, the power went out completely. In this case, the owner reacted immediately, and the electricity came back after about 15 minutes. The mattress on the big bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa had dips in it. Our daughter had to sleep on her side because otherwise she would sink into it. After an active day outside, you want to sleep comfortably and regain energy for the next day.

The aircon wasnt working, had to request a duvet. The good point that the duvet was delivered instantly, but should've been just left there in a cupboard.

Mini Vacanza a Mandello Del Lario

L'appartamento è pulito e i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, per questo motivo che ci ritorniamo il mese prossimo ( Febbraio 2026) Vista veramente meravigliosa sulle montagne ( GRIGNA)

Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato che non c'erano detersivi per lavare i piatti e per lavare la biancheria, mancava il contenitore per il caffè, siamo andati in supermercato Eurospin e All'Iperal per comprare quello che serviva..per il resto tutto ok..ovviamente non abbiamo detto nulla ai proprietari, non abbiamo ritenuto opportuno..dire queste piccole anomalie..

Mi è piaciuto tutto, la posizione, la serietà, la correttezza, la professionalità, e la pulizia, sicuramente confermo che ci ritorniamo e sicuramente faremo dei giorni in più

Bon appartement tant que vous n’avez pas besoin de contacter les propriétaires.

Appartement très bien situé avec supermarché et restaurants à proximité, propre et avec ce qu’il faut à disposition pour votre séjour. Procédure d’arrivée simple. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Si vous avez un soucis dans l’appartement durant votre séjour, ne comptez pas sur le personnel pour vous répondre. Un message resté sans réponse durant la semaine et qui nous a valu une inondation dans la salle de bain … nous n’avons également pas pu utiliser les chauffages. Odeur de tabac très forte dans l’appartement.

Toll ist das Museum Mandella del Lario " 100 Jahre Geschichte von Moto Guzzi" . Gut ist See zu Fuss zu erreichen samt grossen shops auch abends. Kleine Bistros und bessere Restaurants. Piazza dela Publica ist nett mit allen Generationen.

In Ausstattung war Heizung, im Oktober konnte laut Gesetz nicht geheizt werden. Es war kalt. Es müsste schriftlich geschrieben stehen dass vor dem 15 Oktober nicht geheizt werden kann wegen Gesetzen. Parkplatz ist nicht klar zugeordnet.

Prostorné ubytování v klidné části

- soukromí - klimatizace - vybavení kuchyně - klidné místo - informace, mapy a tipy nám hostitelka poslala na whatsapp

- parkování na veřejném místě, není součástí ubytování - apartmán nebyl připraven (uklizen) k check-in v 14 hodin, ale až v 17 hodin. Nicméně nám alespoň bylo umožněno ponechat v apartmánu veškerá zavadla

Ottimo alloggio per visitare l'intero lago

Appartamento ristrutturato recentemente,posto a piano terra, ampia camera da letto, mobilio nuovo, pulito e profumato. Posizione tranquilla a 5 minuti dal lago, dal centro e dal supermercato, (comodissimo!) Cucina attrezzata (compresi olio, caffè, sale, zucchero, moka, spezie). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. LO CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE

Credo non siano i proprietari a gestire direttamente la struttura. Comunque il gestore non si è fatto vedere. Nessuno ad accoglierci. Tutte le indicazioni sono state date tramite WhatsApp. Nella biancheria da bagno era assente l'asciugamano da bidet. Ho fatto notare che la TV in camera non funzionava e ho avuto risposta dopo 3 giorni, e comunque nessuno si è fatto vedere. Non abbiamo ricevuto istruzioni sulla raccolta differenziata se non il giorno prima della partenza. L'alloggio è carino e merita sicuramente, ma io rivedrei chi gestisce la parte commerciale, dell'accoglienza all'assistenza.
