Dirty appartement but spacious.

We liked that the appartement was so close to the water. Also it was a big appartement.

Everything was super dirty. It was really bad and we did not like it. The sheets, towels, kitchen towels, pillows, couch and sponges were dirty and had stains. We had to pick which towel had the least stains, real gross! You sleep under a real thin sheet and then a blanket which i doubt was washed. There was no place to put your coats. The appartement was not really cozy. The fridge made a lot of noise. We were really disturbed by the noises of the people in the appartement above us. The kitchen tools like cutting board were dirty. You can not drive there with a big car, the street was really narrow. Would be nice if we knew that before booking. We found a free parking spot near the appartement but sometimes it was full and had to pay for our parking spot somewhere else. Not great if you think you can park here for free. Would be nice if they had a place in the shower to put your shampoo. There were ants and little spiders and spider webs. The view is terrible, you look at other buildings. The remote control for the TV had broken batteries so we could not watch TV… We had a okay stay but the dirty stuff and mostly the gross towels did put negative influence over our experience. Unless your okay with dirty stuff or this people start clean better, i would go somewhere else. We won’t be coming back. I made a little bit of pictures. Should have made pictures of the towels…

Great accommodation to use as a base to visit Lake Como and its surroundings!

Great accommodation to use as a base for visiting other places on Lake Como. Mandello del Lario itself is very tiny, but cute, and offers the possibility of hikes. The accommodation was spacious, equipped with the necessary stuff. It was also warm, and some rooms have great views of the mountains. Communication was also good! I would recommend it!

It's a bit tricky to put the car in and out of the yard, as the street leading to the accommodation is limited to 1.8 meters. It kind of requires an experienced driver!

Not good enough for a price you pay

Renovated apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need (even a dishwasher and a washing machine).

The house is old and needs some more renovation (e.g. windows). Also outside space needs some remodelling for guests to enjoy their stay. There is very narrow space at the main gate for a car to enter, so if your car is slightly wider, a very skilful driver is much needed. The house was scented with a very strong and unpleasant fragrance, you even tasted it in your mouth.

ruhige Lage

schon die Zufahrt war abenteuerlich. ganze enge Straße und ganz enge Hofeinfahrt. Die Wohnung war zwar groß aber kalt. Als wir darum baten die Heizung einzuschalten wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sei erst ab 15.0ktober erlaubt. Die Nachfrage ob wir denn einen Heizstrahler bekommen könnten blieb unbeantwortet. wir hockten also abends in dieser kalten Wohnung und wärmten den Raum mit dem Backofen. Wohlfühlfaktor = 0, außerdem waren die Zimmer muffig.

Ottima soluzione per famiglie!

Casa ben organizzata, con tutto il necessario. Pulita e con mobilio recente. Salotto accogliente e cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Per una famiglia di 4 persone è estremamente consigliato. La posizione consente di raggiungere velocemente a piedi il lungolago e l’imbarcadero.

Unico neo la strada molto stretta per raggiungere la struttura (larghezza max 1,80 m), serve cautela per passare con la macchina! Lo stabile di fronte è poco estetico, ma la posizione e l’appartamento ripagano di tutto.

Le lac de Côme est magnifique,déçus par l hébergement

L’emplacement

Il y a 2 appartements dans cette maison. Le propriétaire communique sur celui qui a été refait au rez de chaussée mais le 2ème appartement est dans un état bien moyen. Je reprends les commentaires lus sur le site donc pas d’amélioration : Pas de bouilloire, de machine à café, pas de liquide vaisselle, pas 1 pastille pour la machine à laver, pas de sel…rien du tout pour accueillir des personnes pour un week-end… Les portes de la cuisine équipées sont à laver… Le parking est très difficile d’accès car très très étroit…marche arrière obligatoire pour sortir.. gros véhicules s’abstenir Booking devrait demander à ce que les 2 appartements soient sur des annonces séparées cela éviterait des déceptions et le sentiment de se faire « avoir » quand on arrive dans l’appartement non rénové et non équipé !

Der Checkin und Checkout sollten persönlich erfolgen, es war aber niemand da. Die Reinigung war um 16.00 Uhr noch nicht erfolgt, wir haben eine Stunde gewartet. Durch die anliegende sehr schmale Strasse (das ist ja in Italien üblich), teilweise laut.

Highlight Dusche

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, allerdings haben wir uns nicht immer verstanden. Die Zufahrt zur Wohnung ist in einer Straße die 1,80 m breit ist. Das macht es unmöglich für breite Autos die Wohnung zu erreichen. Das Gebiet darum herum liegt in der blauen Parkzone, für die man Tagestickets in einer App buchen kann. Über Nacht ist das Parken kostenlos. Das Badezimmer ist neu renoviert und war unser Highlight!

Die Möbel sind etwas wackelig, und haben die besten Tage hinter sich! Die Küche lädt nicht gerade zum Kochen ein. Die Zufahrtssituation.

Twee nachten in como

Goede locatie in het hart van Mandello. Dichtbij de meer en park. Dichtbij de restaurants en pizzeria's. Super uitzicht op de bergen.

Toegankelijk via een smalle straat. Wij waren met kleine SUV huurwagen en het passeren was echt moelijk. Het appartement kon iets proper zijn :( Wij hadden een waterkoker gezocht:(

Gut, aber die Angahrt zum Haus ist nicht für grössere Autos geeignet!

Zentral gelegen

Die Angahrt ( mit Auto) ist enorm eng! Im Appartement stand in jedem Zimmer ein Fenster gekippt offen. Die Heizung war nicht richtig angestellt worden, so dass es in der Wohnung sehr kalt war und wir über 24 Stunden brauchten um auf 20 Grad zu heizen
