The property is in a lovely and charming area of private residences. Thoughtfully and generously outfitted for a relaxing, comfortable and convenient stay away from the tourist buzz and stress of the city center. Good attention to safety and security, good price and easy access to Fumicino airport where I had to catch a morning flight without having to get up at the crack of dawn. Pleasant and friendly proprietors, and the other guest staying there at the time was also very pleasant and friendly.

I was under the impression it was closer to beach areas, but no matter. I managed to hook up with a colleague staying at a nearby hotel and hire Uber to take us to the Ostia Antica archaeological park, which was a fascinating and unexpected delight, and also blissfully free of the tourist crunch. I did not get a chance to explore public transport, but learned later we could have picked up a local bus to go there and return. My only regret about the property is that I could not enjoy the balcony, which promised a shady outdoor spot for breakfast, but the key to the grated door was not working and Indid not want to disturb the proprietor in the early morning.

Very clean, quiet

Nice and friendly owner. Despite my flight delay, transfer to the property was provided as agreed initially. Modern and comfortable apartment - perfect.

Beware stairs if you carry a large suitcase.
