Excellent room and location.

The proprietor was exceptional. She didn't speak English so she used a translation app to communicate with us and provide for our needs. She even responded at midnight, coming to reset the electricity from a power outage! The location is about 1 block from a train station. There are coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. A larger grocery store is only 3-4 blocks away. This is a great Airbnb for visiting Ostia Antica!

It's all good. One thing to know is elevator us quite small, we had to make more than one trip with the amount of luggage we have for this long trip. Not a big deal for us.

The person that ran it was very sweet and helpful. it was close to the beach.

The unit was up 3 floors and the elevator was very old, a bit scary, but worked most of the time. The area had men drinking on the street, was a bit uncomfortable for women alone.

Good location to go to the beach and see Ostia Antica!

close to Lido di Centro station (less than a 2 minute walk) and 10 minute walk to the public (free) beach. close to supermarket and restaurants & cafes. Very convenient to go see ostia Antica, which I recommend is worth a visit! Ostia Antica is Totally underrated and way fewer tourists than Pompeii or Ercolano. Being so close to the train station expect to hear them! It didn't bother me but if you're a light sleeper it might bother you. I'm not sure if it's common but right outside the entrance to the building they were often a group of men drinking in the early evening. It gave a bit of a sketchy vibe. I did not have any troubles though. The building is a bit old but once you get inside the apartment, it's modern and clean. Host (Annanadia) was quick to respond, pleasant and very helpful!

Great location to visit Ostia. Very helpful staff.

Annadia Sweet Home is located very close to Ostia Lido Centro metro station and very close to the pedestrian area and the beach. The lady running the facility is very helpful, and supported us throughout. Room was very clean. The bathroom was a bit small but nevertheless comfortable.

If breakfast or breakfast vouchers could be provided the stay would be just brilliant.

Great rooms and location with a friendly host

Both the room and the location were superb. The room was clean and the beds comfy. The location is well connected with Rome and the airport and is in walking distance of the beach. The host was super friendly and even provided us in no time with tools to open our defect suitcase lock. Recommended!

Piacevole, da tenere da conto

Gentilissima la signora che gestisce questa piccola struttura. Pulizia ottima della stanza (ma la stanza non viene pulita da nessuno, durante il soggiorno, almeno nelle 4 notti che ci sono stato). Letti comodi. Tante piccole attenzioni specie per colazione, acqua, frigorifero, etc. Si raggiunge facilmente il mare a piedi.

La location è quella che è. Si sente SOLO LEGGERMENTE il treno con le finestre aperte. La strada sottostante è popolata di negozi abbastanza trasandati e con un giro di persone - per mia esperienza innocue- che passano il tempo a bere birra o altro seduti sul marciapiede (ma nessuno mi ha dato fastidio la sera). Muri sottili, facilissimo sentire cosa dicono gli altri ospiti nelle stanze a fianco.

La situation géographique, la climatisation, la propriétaire très sympathique, les lits sont confortables, rien ne manque, un parasol pour la plage ainsi que des serviettes de plage, des cabas pour les courses, une bouilloire dans la chambre, un mini frigo, des rangements. C’est propre.
