Agréable et au delà de nos attentes .
l'appartement est superbe, très propre, bien décoré, bien équipé, et bien situé. les hôtes sont très réactifs et gentilles, le check in était facile grâce à leurs instructions bien claires. je recommande chaleureusement cet établissement, c'était une très belle expérience. en tout cas cela a embelli notre séjour. Merci.

Aufenthalt mit Mängel und Sicherheitsrisiko
Balkon, Aussicht, Pool, Nähe zu Puerto Banus
Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt eine Zumutung. Die Unterkunft hatte zahlreiche gravierende Mängel: Schimmel, eine Dusche mit falschem Neigungswinkel (Wasser lief bis ins Schlafzimmer), kaputte Tür zum Balkon die man nicht schließen konnte, nicht funktionierender WC-Deckel, starker Geruch im Bad, lauter Straßenlärm und man hörte generell ALLES im Haus. Besonders beunruhigend war, dass wir eines Abends plötzlich keinen Strom mehr hatten – der Sicherungskasten stand offen, was den Verdacht auf unbefugten Zutritt weckte. Der Vermieter hatte uns zuvor gefragt, ob ein Techniker kommen dürfe – wir stimmten nicht zu. Trotzdem fiel am selben Abend der Strom aus. Zufall? Die nicht abschließbare Balkontür verschärfte unser Unsicherheitsgefühl, da Einbrecher einfach reingehen hätten können, sofern die Jalousie nicht unten gewesen wäre. Keine der Mängel wurde behoben. Generell sind solche Mängel im Urlaub bei so einem Preis völlig inakzeptabel. Wir verließen die Unterkunft zwischenzeitlich, mussten aber zurückkehren, weil eine Ersatzbuchung über Booking.com plötzlich storniert wurde. Wir fühlten uns unsicher, im Stich gelassen (auch von booking.com) und absolut nicht wie Gäste behandelt. Zudem warf uns der Vermieter noch vor, dass wir mit ihm spielten???!!!! Nie wieder!
