The complex is very well located easy walking to restaurants, cafes and shops.
Complex has indoor pool which is great out of season.
Very comfortable beds, and well furnished apartment.
Very responsive when contacted, but nothing proactive.
Apartment itself is poorly located in the complex, the terrace and 2 bedrooms facing a very busy road and near external bins. This meant for very disrupted sleep for 2 bedrooms.
Also, description of ground floor is true but misleading, it's ground floor to the road, but forth floor to pool (built into a hill) we expected direct garden access.
The cookware and utensils provided were the bare minimum, only 5 forks provided for 6 guests etc, no bread knife or scissors..
Important for parents with babies, there is no microwave, the don't list it, but we assumed and feel others may as well.
Only provided 5 bath towels for 6 guests and no pool towels.
Air-conditioning didn't work properly throughout the week, but fortunately the rooms weren't too hot.
Boiler broke on day 6 but was repaired same day.
We weren't met on arrival as we were told, so had to find the apartment on our own. Fortunately we'd stayed at complex before so had an idea where to go.
No welcome pack/info booklet explaining how anything worked, how to get to pool/gym, where bins were, closest shops etc. A lot of this we knew as we knew the complex but to others this could be very difficult.
No contact regarding checkout or checkout process.
