Very good hotel at the golden mile!

Friendly stuff, rather good location between Marbella city and Puerto Banos, under 2km from last mentioned one. 3 min walk to beach. Clean rooms.

Two options for pillows where none of them enough comfy. For a perfect stay, pool should have been heated.

Not pleasant

The location

Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant odor throughout the unit, quite strong and difficult to identify, possibly coming from the air-conditioning system. When we turned on the AC, the smell became a lot worse, which made it impossible to use. It made it so difficult to stay and fall sleep. The smell was like a sewage or toilet and it made it unbearable. As a result, the apartment became very hot, and when we opened the windows for ventilation, mosquitoes entered since there were no screens and we had lots of mosquito bites. Additionally, one of the bed sheets had a large visible yellow stain in the middle that appeared to have been washed but not fully removed, which was uncomfortable. Overall, the stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped, especially considering the substantial rate charged for the unit. We barely spent any time inside except for sleeping. If I had a choice I would stay elsewhere. I wouldn’t pick this place unless I know for sure it’s fully cleaned and the odor is been taken care of.

Simply beautiful.

Beautiful and modern loved the architecture beautiful Garden and swimming pool area. Lovely and tranquil with soft music playing in the background all day with just the e right volume. Lovely and clean staff are friendly and polite and will tend to your every need. Amazing. Breakfast too with a great choice to suit everyone’s needs.

Amazing hotel in every way!

Everything!!! The hotel had a very relaxed vibe, was super clean and the staff were amazing! Xavi in particular made us feel so welcome and remembered us daily! The breakfasts was plentiful and very tasty! The poolside bar was great as were the sunbeds with chilled music playing and a really nice atmosphere! Car parked in free space outside on the street was very safe.

Nothing! You can walk to Puerto Banus in 20 minutes along the seafront which might be a little far for some but suited us. A taxi to Puerto Banus was approx €7 and central/old town Marbella was about €12 so just something to note!

Would definitely return

The hotel smells beautiful and is wonderfully clean. There is no rush for sunbeds as the area is gated and locked until 10am. The sunloungers are so comfortable and the staff are attentive.

No so much a dislike, more a recommendation. The suites are lacking drawer space for items such as underwear but there is enough room for this to be fixed easily.

Lovely Spot for a quieter trip

Very clean, very open, There is a lovely pool, the Bali Beds by the pool were perfect, they’re really comfy, and there’s a great set up by the pool, so you can have some drinks and your book or whatever entertainment. The breakfast was lovely, great options. Lovely big rooms and large balcony. I liked how there were sun loungers on the balcony so I could relax while staying out of the peak sun hours. There is an Aldi next door, which is great if you just want to grab a few bits . Staff are lovely and so helpful, really friendly and accommodating . The bed was so comfortable.

It’s a bit far out of the centre, good if you want a bit more of a chilled stay but just be Prepared to either figure out the local bus stop timetable or spend a good amount of money on Ubers. I also would’ve preferred if the room cleaning happened a little bit later in the day. We found it was around 11 o’clock just after breakfast so we felt we couldn’t go back up to a room after breakfast and just relax and get ready for the day, we had to be out and ready to head off. It’s only a small thing. I’d say it’s fine if your early risers. Maybe a bit of music playing in the evening around the pool/lounge would be nice too had a bit of atmosphere.

Great family holiday in a beautiful hotel

The staff were amazing, very attentive and made us feel welcome. The hotel is very modern, light and airy. Breakfast is exceptional - so much choice. Very comfortable beds as well. There's an Aldi nearby for essentials, and both Puerto Banus and Old Marbella are a short taxi ride away (€8-10).

Not value for money

The room was adequate when u asked for it to be cleaned it was a quick clean, but a new hotel.

Short staffed , one person manning the pool bar and nothing seemed urgent. 3 days I stayed and each day I had to wait for eggs at breakfast staff were not on point.

I did not like the breakfast: - The breakfast opens at 8:00 and if you come at 10:00 it seems like the breakfast does not really get refreshed. - Its difficult to get a good coffee or cappuccino in the morning. There are 2 coffee machines in the breakfast room available but both of them are out-of-serivice often and the personal does not seem to know how to fix them properly.

Great for a relaxing break slightly away from the busy centre.

Room was great, food was all very good. Location is great for quieter holidays but still very close to busier areas.

Outdoor pool was very cold and AC made the room feel slightly damp. The communication could improve when booking - the booking said no travel cots could be provided but when we arrived we were offered one. I feel this is a booking.com issue rather than the hotel though. Rooms walls are a little thin.

Fabulous!!

This is a fabulous hotel, the staff are helpful and lovely to all guests. very quiet at all times, if you are looking for some excitement there are bars and restaurants local.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, i booked the spa a couple of times which cost 20£, this was a little excessive considering it's a very small spa with a sauna and large jacuzzi. The time limit was 45 minutes, not much time for relaxation.

Brand new modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent price-quality ratio. Located centrally between Marbella Old Town and Puarto Banus. Many options to go to by foot available too. We will very gladly return here in the future!

A door to separate the bathroom/toilet from the sleeping room would be useful. This is a detail though.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, great service, great location as it is a quiet area but still not far from the city

The staff were immaculate. Extremely friendly and sufficient when needed. Especially the manager/ founder of the hotel had exquisite hosting skills.

I wish the indoor sauna/ pool did not cost extra. I deem this a bit unfair seeing as it was too cold to swim outside and we already paid a substantial amount for our stay.

Highly recommended hotel resort in Marbella

The hotel is clean. It seems it just got opened not too long ago. I like the size of my room. It was spacious, especially my terrace. The location is not bad. However, if you do not have a car, it may be an issue. The staff are friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

The minor details in the room. For example, the shower door doesn't close properly. The mattress is a bit too hard. Few minor issues, not very concerning.

A perfect place to stay in an important location.

Stunning newly-built addition to the Eurostars group of Hotels in Andalucía. I guess that in the Summer months it will be heaving, but for the time being (February,) it is a haven of tranquility. And comfort. And cleanliness. The staff, particularly Roma on reception, are exemplary. I wish that I could have stayed there longer

Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. Eurostars Oasis Marbella exceeded our expectations was spotless the staff was amazing and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in after long time outside mine. The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant easy to navigate into and most importantly welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy Would definitely stay there again.

Great value, incredibly comfortable stay

All the staff, without exception, were very friendly, helpful and professional. Special thanks to Clinton. The hotel is brand new and incredibly clean. Rooms were spacious very well kitted out and the beds were very comfortable. Very peaceful setting and quiet rooms

The only thing I’d say is the pool is not heated meaning it’s ok for a quick dip to cool off in but you couldn’t stay in too long as it’s quite cold. Everything else was perfect
