Great location, excellent buffet breakfast, nice rooms, housekeeping staff were lovely.
The buffet dinner was disappointing and overpriced.

Location is fantastic. Very central. I like that they have activities. Breakfast is good.
Level of cleanliness is not good. The coffee cups in the room were always not clean i had to always wash the cups before using them. The coffee machine is not a good quality machine. Food for lunch and dinner is not good.
Lastly, when i asked help from the hotel to visit Al Hambra palace, they were not helpful at all. They made it seem impossible and did not give sufficient advise.
