Great spot just off the beach in Marbella.

As we travelled for my friends hen party, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I liked the personal touches on arrival with fresh cool flannels and also the drinks offered at the pool side. All staff were friendly and I would definitely stay again.

Simply wonderful

The hotel is perfectly situated. It is in a great location being a very short walk from the beach and a nice stroll along to Puerto Banus. There are a couple of restaurants close by, Besaya Beach restaurant and Chambao. Staff at the hotel are wonderful. We were greeted by a lady called Anna who has been working there for over 20 years and she remembered us from a previous visit. A high number of the hotel staff have worked there for a very long time which goes to show how much they love it and they take great pride and what they do and to keep customers happy. Our room was amazing. We had a penthouse with the jacuzzi. The room is on 2 floors. Big bedroom and bathroom and a balcony over looking the pool area and then some stairs up to the roof with the jacuzzi and a couple of loungers. The hotel is spotless and smells amazing from the moment you step in. We would not hesitate to come back here again.

A disappointing stay at a 4 star hotel I’ve had better stays in cheaper hotels over the years . Would not recommend spla

I liked that it was in a nice quiet area and it was a ten minute walk to the town of Porto Banus

The outside of the hotel was very poorly lit on the road side even the taxi driver commented on it . I booked a room which was a penthouse and a hot tub it had a scum of dirt around the water line which wasn’t good enough as it was expensive to stay at this hotel . Which we didn’t get to use because of this . We had booked this for a special occasion and was extremely disappointed . The glass panels in the breakfast room also had splatter marks on them for our whole stay which wasn’t 4 nights

Staff ever so friendly and hotel is nearby everything!

Loved how it was in the center of everything plus free parking spots in front of the hotel and their breakfast was absolutely delicious! Not to forget loved the bracelet key! Sooo Handy!

That they didn’t have the vanity kit and was hard to fall asleep as it was extremely hot even though AC was kept low

Not good at all !

At the first day we had ants in the room !!! In my bad and all around the room ! I called the front dusk and the next day they clean the room The second day I woke up with a terrible rush all around my body !!!! I told them I think it’s bed bugs and the front desk say no way . Then they ask me if I want a doctor ? I sayed yes and the woman from the front desk said no problem it’s cost 160 euro ! I said do u have any help? She told me no I’m so disappointed! Also my husband have allergies to dust and from the first day we arrived to this hotel he had bad allergies reaction! I must say before we were in a really clean hotel and it all was good with the allergies! I really disappointed from this hotel I came to my honeymoon and I wasn’t happy with this hotel !

Hotel is good and pocket friendly for a family stay but i have been to much better ones

Location is fantastic. Very central. I like that they have activities. Breakfast is good.

Level of cleanliness is not good. The coffee cups in the room were always not clean i had to always wash the cups before using them. The coffee machine is not a good quality machine. Food for lunch and dinner is not good. Lastly, when i asked help from the hotel to visit Al Hambra palace, they were not helpful at all. They made it seem impossible and did not give sufficient advise.

It’s a decent hotel for family with kids. Otherwise, would stay elsewhere

Location is excellent and central. It’s nice that they have activities.

Level of cleanliness is not good. I had to wash the coffee cups everyday before using them in the room, and had to take the washed ones with me to the breakfast area because also the ones there were always stained. The staff at breakfast were snobby (or racist) not sure. The reception staff did not answer me on a timely manner and didn’t try to assist me in wanting to visit Al Hambra Palace. They made it seem impossible and super expensive, while after digging online for so long I was able to go.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful quiet location

Quiet location between Marbella town and Puerto Banus. Very close to the beach even though not on the beach. Most of the staff were excellent! Great pool!

You can hear the breakfast being prepared from your bedroom as the rooms are above the dining room and its triple volume so it can be quite noisey in the morning. The breakfast on the pool terrace was disappointing- not well presented and some of the pastries were stale. There were very few umbrellas available at the pool and it was very hot.

Expected a lot more for the money we paid.

Very central. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean everyday.

Not for kids. We arrived and were told to pay €750 extra on top of our booking for our 7 year old. Tiles around the pool are extremely dangerous, my daughter fell and wounded her arm. I saw elderly and younger people slipping as they walked by. Entertainment was just ok.

A brilliant stay at Coral Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Coral Beach! Very clean and modern, and the staff were lovely. We went breakfast only, food was gorgeous with a big selection. Perfect location, only a few minutes taxi from nightlife in Puerto Banus.

Girls trip to Marbella 🌞

Staff are superb; super friendly, efficient and can't do enough for you. The hotel itself is stunning, clean and stylish, with loads of seating scattered around and cute little, well thought out areas. Bedrooms are really good size with THE comfiest beds!! Generous wardrobe space and bathroom layout, balcony was a great addition too! Restaurants and bars are brilliant with lovely food and variety. Eating times are generous and easily manoeuvred.

Most of the sun loungers around the pool have towels left on them as a way of "reserving" the beds whilst they're away. It can be off-putting for anyone trying to make use of the pool. There is a language barrier with some of the staff members, but they still try to help where and when possible.

There is no direct beach access from the hotel. The beach bar didn’t work most of the time and we couldn’t spend some time on the beach.

Did not feel value for money ...

The staff was friendly and helpful. The layout was ok and the room size Junior Suit was good for a family . The swimming pool is good size but a bit cold for this time of the year . Breakfast quality was decent do the coffee was not great. Walking distance to Porto Banu .

The room was under the main air handling unit and we had a continuous noise , pity . The dinner food quality was quite disputable , we had one evening but was enough .

Gorgeous hotel ana surroundings

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, a big room and they made sure we are happy with everything. Breakfast was amazing so diner, very good quality of bread, meat and lots of choices despite out of season. We’ve stayed half board. Wine and drinks prices very affordable. I would love to stay in a summer ☀️🤩

Amazing hotel with great quality food. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel comfortable.

The photos were presented in a way that the hotel was a beachfront hotel with sun beds. Sadly, it was not a beachfront hotel and did not have sun beds on the beach. Lastly, it was quite odd that the bathroom sinks were open into the bedroom. It posed an issue when our 4 year old was trying to sleep. Each time someone needed to use the toilet, half the bedroom lights would need to be turned on.

Pleasant Hotel

The aesthetic of the hotel and the beautiful surroundings and the friendly staff. The proximity of the hotel to Puerto Banus (5 mins by car) and the old town (10 mins by car) was convenient.

There were no amenities provided in the rooms. There were no slippers, toothbrushes, shower caps, and no bottled water, which was unexpected of a 4-star hotel and the price per night. Also, the beach, though close to the hotel, is not part of the hotel benefits. You have to pay for sunbeds.

We had poor weather and the hotel was not comfortable in these circumstances.

Location with semi private pool

Tv had 4 English channels, none worked. Safe did not work. Towels for bathroom insufficient, very poor quality. Nowhere to buy newspapers including hotel shop.

It's a fine hotel that met expectations.

I think I was upgraded to some kind of suite. It was absolutely huge. The bed was massive and comfortable. It was clean. Absolutely loved the large walk-in shower. The bar was nice, as was the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. You're looking at a 15-20 minute walk along the beachfront to get to where all the bars and restaurants are.

Rude lifeguard enforcing a stupid rule. I had bought a coke from the Aldi across the road and had half a bottle left when I got to the hotel. As I was walking to my room, I thought I'd finish the bottle while on a sun lounger by the pool, catching up on messages. The lifeguard immediately came over and told me to finish it in my room and to never bring outside food or drink to the pool again. Only drinks purchased from the hotel can be drunk outside of the rooms. Bit silly to me, especially given the amount I had actually spent at the bar in the 3 days I stayed. I had less than half a bottle left. Can't say the bar staff were overly friendly, also.

Location of the hotel is fantastic, close proximity to nearby popular areas, walking distance to the beach, very clean hotel- really well managed, helpful professional staff. Great food and drinks choice for all the three meals of the day - freshly cooked food and a lot of it made to your preference in front of you, very clean nice swimming pools, welcoming ambience, amazing views of the sea, taxi easily available. 5+stars to the evening chef Oscar for taking every measure to make sure that my daughter's food was nut free as she has a nut allergy and Ivan for making the nicest fish preparations for us every evening.

Nothing...the hotel staff took such good care of us, we have no complaints.
