Charm Home 2

Charm Home 2 was a wonderful place to stay. The property manager was very easy to communicate with, and getting the keys—even when we arrived earlier than the check in time-- it was hassle-free. The home has a relaxing vibe, very spacious, tucked away from the chaotic streets of the Old Quarter yet still within walking distance of everything. A great café is just around the corner, and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities you’d expect for a smooth stay. Overall, a cozy, convenient, and stress-free option in Hanoi.

Buena ubicación, personal muy amable y camas cómodas

Hay que subir unas escaleras muy empinadas, entras al apartamento por un restaurante y por la mañana es ruidoso en ocasiones porque estás encima del restaurante.

Skvěle ubytování v centru města,kousek je krásné jezero,spousta nákupních možností. Ubytování čisté,vybavení staré,ale v pořádku, hodnotím velmi pozitivně.

Jediné proč nedávám 10 je veliký hluk způsobený rekonstrukci obřího komplexu hned vedle. Opravdu ve dne v noci pracuji. Za to ubytování nemůže,jen je dobré na to upozornit,když byste třeba měli špatné spaní,tak tady by usínání mohlo být problém.

The property itself was great. 1 min from lake. Clean and comfortable.

We were woken at night by police to check our registration, then required to Move to another location for what was said to be safety reasons but the lady helping police said they did not have the proper permits. The new place better Located but no washing machine which we were counting on, bad wifi and separation of accomodation between us and our children (2 seperate apartments across lane from each other. Hosts were super helpful but whole thing not ideal.
