La propreté, la communication avec le personnel. Big up à Han Thi qui aide à l’installation en cas de besoin. La proximité avec l’opera, le lac Kiem et le vieux quartier très animé le soir et le week-end.
Le 3 eme étage sans ascenseur, logique pour un immeuble d’habitation de ce standing

Great location in French concession area between old quarter, lake and shopping area - lots of restaurants, coffee shops and places to explore. Flat itself is old walk up but clean with soft mattresses (compared to much of Vietnam. Given location hard not to love if happy with walk up and older style properties ;)
Property is walk up (4F), 1BR is large with 2 double beds and is a private room, the other part of flat is a open studio with bamboo divider for 2nd bedroom (so private but not its own room). Flat is also older style ( nice solid woods with lots of old loose electrics / old AC etc). Kitchen usable but very small (we only used for tea and coffee). bathroom has shower with very small hot water cylinder and slippery floor (sandals provided)

The property itself was great. 1 min from lake. Clean and comfortable.
We were woken at night by police to check our registration, then required to Move to another location for what was said to be safety reasons but the lady helping police said they did not have the proper permits. The new place better Located but no washing machine which we were counting on, bad wifi and separation of accomodation between us and our children (2 seperate apartments across lane from each other. Hosts were super helpful but whole thing not ideal.
