It was a very cute apartment with great and super responsive hosts. It’s the best location that you can stay in Hanoi if you’re traveling. The house is fresh, and is equipped with all necessary equipment’s such as microwave, kettle, induction, refrigerator. It’s cozy and comfortable. And the location is unbeatable. There’s a Uniqlo and 24-7 Seven Eleven right opposite the apartment.
A few things to note (these weren’t dealbreakers for us. I would still happily book/recommend this place)
It seems like traditional Hanoi style building so entrance is through a narrow alley. The apartment is located a couple of floors higher and does not have an elevator. The staff however helped us with the luggage during check-in. The bathroom has no hooks to hang towels/clothes or shelves to keep toiletries.
But these are really small things in comparison to the great hosts, location and cleanliness of the apartment.
