The location
Just the stairs but it's fine.

Staff were really lovely and the room was nice and clean with good air-conditioning and facilities. The room is as pictured on booking.
It's located in a really nice part of the city just by the lake and about 15-20 minutes walking from the old town.
The only negative thing I could say is that it doesn't have an elevator which wasn't a problem for us but something for travelers to be aware of. The owners son helped us to carry our bags up the stairs.

Everything exceptional. Tuang is the best host. The location of the place is in front of Hoan Kiem lake, in the heart of old quarter.

The location is superb. It is where the French quarter meets the Lake area. Great restaurants, malls and coffee houses all around. Too many to mention
The property was beautifully maintained and very clean. The room was large with a great balcony where you can watch the street below.
