The studio features a comfortable King-size bed, along with a secondary bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Relax in the cosy seating area, catch up on your favourite shows on the 4K projector, or use the high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected with loved ones back home. If you fancy playing some board games, there is a nice corner above with some popular games.

If you prefer to prepare your own meals, the kitchenette, equipped with a microwave and cooker, is available outside the studio. The water filter system ensures fresh drinking water for your city adventures.

Guest access

● During your stay, the entire place is yours . This includes the 18m2 of the lower level and the 9.2m2 of the duplex area.
● Free parking slot for one bike adjacent to the property.
● Paid and secured parking nearby the property.
● Check-in time: 2PM & Check-out time: 12.00AM.
> However, early check-in and late check-out options are available based on availability. If you'd like to request these, please inform us as soon as possible
Other details to note

●If you require airport pickup and drop-off or travel services, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange them for you.

● Our private kitchen, designed in the traditional Vietnamese style, is situated outside the duplex for your safety and to honor cultural customs.

● We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels low after 10 p.m., as many of our neighbors are seniors who appreciate peace and quiet.

● The alley's gate is securely locked at night from 10 p.m to 6 a.m, please use a given key to unlock it when you are in/out at this period and lock again for the safety reason!

●Once you provide us with a copy of your passport, we'll gladly provide you with the pass code for the key safe box and the main door before your arrival.

●Our prices may vary depending on the season and the duration of your stay. Feel free to reach out to us for more information; we're excited to welcome you!

●Please note that the voltage in Vietnam is 220V in every socket.

●Pest control done on 2nd March and will be done periodically every 6 months.
