The host was kind and considerate. She was very responsive and can communicate well. The location was perfect. It is very near Hoan Kiem lake in the Old Quarter yet it was very peaceful and quiet even in the morning. The room was spacious too. Better than hotels. There’s a fridge in our unit. The bed and duvet were comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Each night we had peaceful sleep. The functioning hot shower was a relief.
