No complaints aside from the noise from outside - but ear plugs are provided!

Great location. Super cozy place with fun decorated rooms. Came with a homemade guide of great recommendations around Hanoi. Incredibly clean. Fun rooftop balcony. Had everything we could need such as umbrellas, earplugs, travel adaptors. Owners super kind and helpful, went out of their way to help us. Genuinely probably our best stay in Vietnam!! Couldn’t believe it doesn’t have more reviews on booking.com
Nothing! Only recommendation is bring or use the earplugs provided, traffic can get a bit noisy but wasn’t an issue to me.

The house has a lot of small details and you really feel like the owner put a lot of effort into making it feel like home. There's a really useful custom food guide also.
