We loved the apartment and the location – a perfect base for exploring Hanoi. But the absolute STAR of our stay was our host, Vanh! ⭐️❤️ He was so much more than a host – he became our Hanoi guide, organiser and guardian angel. Whatever we needed, we just messaged him and he replied almost instantly, always friendly and ready to help. He helped us with absolutely everything. He recommended a great optician where both my partner and I had glasses made, and because we continued travelling before they were ready, Vanh even offered to collect them and keep them safe for us until we returned to Hanoi! When we asked about renting a motorbike, within 10 minutes someone had already contacted us to arrange everything. We travel a lot, but we have honestly never met a host quite like Vanh. It felt like having a good friend in Hanoi who was always there whenever we needed advice or help. Vanh, you are an absolute treasure and you made our stay truly special. Thank you for everything!

Honestly, nothing. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.
