Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gab keinerlei Probleme oder irgendetwas zu bemängeln. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar: Alles ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der Nähe zur Hauptstraße ist es erstaunlich ruhig, sodass man sich jederzeit wunderbar erholen kann. Mein persönliches Highlight war der kleine Balkon! Der perfekte Ort, um am Abend noch kurz zu entspannen. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an die Vermieterin: Sie ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Sie hat mir tolle Empfehlungen für lokale Gerichte gegeben, war immer erreichbar und hat sich wirklich darum gekümmert, dass mein Aufenthalt perfekt wird. Ich bin rundum begeistert und kann diese Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Wenn ich wieder nach Hanoi reise, gibt es für mich keine andere Wahl!

Ngoc (the owner) is a really nice woman, even gave us iced tea when we arrived. The apartment is really clean and I absolutely love the terrace. The location is great. In old town but on a quiet street. Everything is in walking distance. Air con is also great for the hot weather. Absolutely loved it here and I would definitely come back again!!!

A cute spacious apartment with interesting decorations n very good location: convenient but still quiet at night. Trịnh was very friendly helping me with luggage n accommodating the check in check out time and questions.

The stairs is very narrow n quite dirty. Unfortunately they’re cleaning ladies only responsible for inside of the property. A more tidy entrance n cleaner stairs would have added better impression.

The location was incredible, check in process was simple, and I was so grateful to (1) get a chance for laundry and some home cooked food and (2) get a little more of a feel for what living for locals is like. There were lots of litle details that made me feel at home and comfortable in the apartment and the host's service was almost like having a private concierge.

If you need heavy duty AC then this won't be the apartment for you. There *are* both AC and fans but this is a simple, cozy apartment home for someone who is open to living like a local. Don't stay here for a pampered hotel experience. Do be mindful to bring cash to pay at check in.
