Willow Trackside Apartment

The room we booked was not avaliable anymore due to an emergency but the staff were super apologetic and helpful with relocating us to another of their nearby properties with no extra cost and even provided us with extra water for the inconvenience. The room we got instead was super spacious and comfortable and felt like a cozy apartment in the heart of Hanoi.

A fantastic apartment we arrived and I had a big problem with my back.mr Phillips the manager supported me to hospital there and back 2 times he has gone to shops for crutches and medicine he has gone above and beyond a lovely man,as for room it's very big modern lovely bed washing machine air conditioning free,lock box in wardrobe.the area is over the road from the main railway 🚂 attractions.you can't go wrong with this apparent.cleaned every day if you want

Czysty apartament w świetnej lokalizacji, spaliśmy na drugim piętrze, były dwa łóżka podwójne i kanapa. Duży plus to winda. Ulica jest zamknięta dla samochodów, jeżdżą tylko skutery więc jest trochę ciszej, ale do taksówki trzeba przejść 30m. Wejście jest przez restaurację, która w nocy się zamyka, ale dostajesz pilot do bramy więc nie ma problemu z późnym powrotem. Pomogli nam zorganizować transport z lotniska.

Na przeciwko jest szkoła, od 8 rano słychać dzieci, w weekendy za to jest cichutko. Słychać też wodę w rurach spływającą z górnych pięter, ale nie jest to uciążliwe.

L’emplacement, les équipements, l’espace de vie.

Le balcon « pointe des pieds », Bruyant par moment, pas de voiture qui peut passer, l’armoire pas adapté pour 5 personnes, toujours gênant de passer par le restaurant pour monter (personnel bizarre, pas une vraie porte d’entrée - il faut fermer les stores du magasin), des moustiques morts dans la douche, salle de bain étroite avec rien pour poser produits et serviettes, on a l’impression de faire nos besoins dans le lavabo tellement c’était serré. Devoir payer un espèce dans une ville où les ATM sont aussi rares que les licornes. Il manquait des draps et des couettes. Ne passez surtout pas par l’hôte pour organiser votre excursion à sapa qui a été horrible et dont l’hôtel sur place est le pire qu’il m’a été donné de séjourner.
