The house was spacious and reasonably clean (thou with room for improvement). Those travellers with families will definitely appreciate it.

During the stay, suddenly the staff of the property messaged and asked to bring potential long term tenant to visit the property. I felt it is unreasonable to even have such request as all our belongings we were at the properties. Although the staff finally acknowledge our refusal, but i felt such request should not be even be made. It made us very uncomfortable!

Clean and quiet. Amazing view.

The location of the property is good. It has a mall inside which makes it very convenient.

We were shocked that the room does not have a latch lock inside. This makes it easy for anyone who has the access code to enter the room. Some of the ladies who stayed either in single unit by themselves, or even shared with another lady, felt extremely unsafe. There was a long checked-in process where we were the only one in the reception lobby, We had to wait for an hour in the lobby so that the receptionist can capture our video image to produce a facial ID to enter the lift lobby. The irony is that it would take 2 days for our images to be uploaded and be effective; at the end, only 1 of our 11 members facial ID taken worked throughout our stay in the apartments.
