The room was quite big

The adres is wrong or at least Google shows the wrong location which makes it hard to find. Also there is no sign outside with the name of the hotel. There is a sign that says "Cocktail - Twins-Wine and beer". But it does not say it is a hotel. The hotel however is above the bar. Look for the signs as shown on the attached pictures The area of the staircase is very dark and bad illuminated (and the automatic illumination switches on to late when you walk there.)

The room is beautiful, clean, reasonable price, the owner is friendly, enthusiastic and attentive. The hotel is located right in the center of the old town, close to tourist attractions, Hoan Kiem Lake, Cho Lon, about 1km from Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and many delicious restaurants, especially the restaurant opposite is very delicious. I really like it.

Location was good

The location close to the cathedral is good, although it's a very touristic area. price of around 300k very competitive. Has a fridge. Clean white towel.

Staff trying to open the door at 1030am is an absolute no-go. The bathroom floor is soaking water, which is inhygienic. There was noise under the bed; inside the bed frame like from rats or mice hearable at night, seriously. The curtain is not darkening at all. during rain, the noises are annoying. the pillow linen was dirty, like not changed. Not to mention, there were small and little bugs. my bike was parked correctly aside but got moved; very inconvenient. Room 303 is the one on the picture, and I'm concerned about it.
