Great neighbourhood (very Japanese), super comfortable, large apartment. Lots of closet space, comfortable bed, good heating, and thoughtful amenities including detergent for laundry (in-room washer-dryer machine). Working elevator and it's one apartment per floor, although walls are a bit thin so you can hear above.
The bathroom was very small and the shower tub combo was not comfortable. It's a very high tub so you have to hold on to the sink area to step out. It's fairly narrow so the shower curtain touches you when showering and water get around the tub and leaks under.

The apartment was situated very conveniently in a small side street close to my place of work. It is big and has all the basics that are needed for a comfortable stay. It is fully serviced every day including laundry. The owner is very kind and responsive for any issue and the gentleman at reception was always insisting on helping me carry my luggage and in general help in any way he could across the language barrier.
The window in the bedroom did not close properly which made the place noisy in the morning (but in fairness I did not point this out at any point to have it fixed). I think the main issue for me was the fact that the apartment was really rather dark.
