Annonce mensongère / arnaque : pas l'appartement des photos, remplacée par un logement cheap et sale

Contact de l'hote impossible avant le matin meme, échange difficile avec celui ci (j'ai d'abord pensé à une arnaque avec un appartement n'existant pas). L’appartement en question ne se situait pas à l’adresse indiquée dans l’annonce mais à 15mn de marche supplémentaire du métro : 50 avenue de l’héliport, au deuxième étage et non pas beaucoup plus haut. Après notre arrivée dans les lieux nous avons réalisé que l’appartement n’était pas du tout celui réservé initialement. C’est un tout autre appartement, beaucoup moins bien que ce qui a été réservé, n’ayant rien d’un « luxurious appartement in city center» : -vue 2eme étage sur rue avec vis-à-vis sur les immeubles d’en face -appartement sale avec ménage non fait à l’arrivée -ameublement pauvre, sale, canapé rapiécé, vieux et abimés, vaisselle minimaliste, absence de placards. Fauteuils cassés. - WC dont la chasse fuit au sol, une des douches avec le pommeau cassé et décroché du flexible - un rouleau de papier toilette pour 5 jours, 2 tablettes lave vaisselle, un sac poubelle, très insuffisant. Dans l'ensemble annonce mensongère avec un appart qui n'est pas à la hauteur de l'annonce ni du prix, dans un mauvais emplacement.

El pis es molt recomanable però el propietari te que informar d’algunes cosetes quan arribes.

L’allotjament esta molt bé. Ben situat i molt bonic.

El dia d’arribada va ser complicat entrar. El lloc que apareixia en booking nonera elmcorrecte i van estar. 1h esperant amb el fred que feia. Pensavem que era una estafa. Estaria molt bé que el propietari indicara l’adreça exacta. També que posara uns fulls informatius on explique on deixar el fem. Falten utensilis de cuina. Alguns hi han 6 però antres no.

Fue una experiencia horrible. Alquilamos este apartamento Comfortable Two bedroom Apartment in City Center y cuando llegamos a la dirección no había nadie y tuve que llamar. Me dijeron que no estaba disponible y no se molestaron en avisarme, tuve que llamar yo porque ellos no se pusieron en contacto conmigo. Nos quedamos en la calle con las maletas y nos ofrecieron otro apartamento que cuando llegamos las llaves había que cogerlas con un código del buzón y las llaves del portal no abrían porque habían cambiado el sistema de apertura. LLamé a la chica para que me trajera las llaves y nunca apareció. Tuve que gestionar por mi cuenta con booking que me buscaran otro alojamiento porque cayó la noche y estábamos con las maletas y sin alojamiento. Booking nos buscó otro apartamento que es este Luxurious apartment in city center y resultó que era de los mismos dueños. Tuvimos que alojarnos en el porque si no no teníamos donde ir. Eramos seis personas cinco noches y no había ni gel ni champú y solamente cuatro toallas para seis personas cinco noches. Se lo dije a la persona de contacto y me dijo que me lo llevaba al día siguiente y nunca apareció. Realmente nos amargaron las vacaciones y el trato fué lamentable. Podría seguir pero con esto creo que ya os podéis hacer una ideo. No se os ocurra reservar nada con esta persona.
