Nice place but reserve parking if your staying

Nice new build facility that is modern with all you need to stay over. I only used as an overnight stop and actually only spent 5 hours in the place as arrived late and left early

I booked as I needed parking but did not realise you had to reserve parking in advance as it’s all reserved spaces. Luckily I arrived late and left at 3:00am so was able to just park in a reserved spaces

😞🥲I wish I could say something good, they even ask you to clean an apartment, wash dishes and throw a trash ( already after I did check out lol)

This was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve had. I wrote to the host multiple times through Booking during my stay, and they completely ignored every message. Only after checkout did they claim they “didn’t see” anything — which is simply unacceptable. The apartment has serious problems: • The shower is a disaster. After a few minutes, water floods the entire bathroom and spreads into the hallway and kitchen. It’s impossible to shower normally without making the whole place wet. • No basic amenities at all. Not even simple things like salt or oil. The apartment feels empty, cold, and not prepared for guests. • Privacy is basically nonexistent. A man from the neighbouring balcony was looking directly into my room, even at me while I was in bed. The balconies are so close that you feel constantly exposed. It felt unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. • Everything is inconvenient. Even the sockets are hidden and hard to reach, which made daily things unnecessarily frustrating. • The host refuses any flexibility. I checked out one night earlier and politely asked for a partial refund. They refused completely, even though the room stayed empty Btw the coffee capsules are terrible, don’t try them and tap water also. Overall, the combination of poor communication, lack of comfort, and privacy issues makes this property one I absolutely cannot recommend. Future guests should be aware of these problems before booking.

Convenient location. Well-equipped, everything we needed was there. Nice scenery around. Close to supermarkets and bus stops. Overall clean, bed wis very much comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Lugano.

9/10 I highly recommend this place.

The check-in process was the easiest I ever had. Everything was very good organized and cleaned. The bed was very comfortable and the location is great. The kitchen had everything I needed and even more.

The shower was very modern and clean. Just the curtains were not enough. So the floor and the carpet in the bathroom became wet while I was showering. Would be nice if there was an extra curtain hanging there.

Pleasant stay

Pleasant stay at Campus Lugano, great location and views from the balcony. Room and bathroom are of a good size. Overall, good value for money.

Does not score 10/10 for following reasons: -1 would be nice to be provided with some basic kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, olive oil) -1 room lighting is quite harsh, and no bedside table or light -1 check-out time is very early (10am), would be good if a flexible check-out option was available

High floor with glass door and deck and views with fresh air and lovely view!

Loved the glass door wall to the deck and the glass railing on deck and view and location in nature and not far from town.

It is clearly still having some construction done but that did not bother me; finding the mailbox was easy but the lockbox numbers are tricky to move and see - the silve coloring is rubbed off? Just fyi

A complete disaster, the building and the apartment are still under construction

I regret renting this place. There were several issues during my stay as the apartment is not finished and has construction issues. The window doesn’t close, there are wholes in the wall with wires exposed, no place to hang the hand towel and no lamps, either you have all lights on or off. Lastly, to give back the key, we had to crawl under the scaffolding as the entrance was being painted.

Comfortable , quiet and peaceful

The room is very comfortable for staying. Building and apartments are new , from panorama windows opening amazing view to the mountains and city. You can easily get to the lake side or city centre by walking for 15 minutes. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help you and answer any question. Just two small advices : 1. To add salt to the kitchen set 2. To leave the WiFi code somewhere in a prominent place Just a big thank you for the wonderful stay!!!

Prima del checkout è arrivata la richiesta di vuotare i rifiuti ma nei pressi della struttura non erano visibili cestini. Se si ritiene che la permanenza nella struttura debba essere organizzata in autonomia (come un affitto di appartamento) occorrerebbe abbassare la spesa. Altrimenti portarsi via i rifiuti sembra molto scomodo

Preislich absolut top: Ich hatte noch nie ein so günstiges Zimmer mit Balkon in der Schweiz! Unkomplizierter Check-In (alle Informationen erhält man per Mail). Für eine Person genau die richtige Grösse. Vom Balkon schöner Blick auf die Berge. Küche mit dem wichtigsten Utensilien ausgestattet. V.a. gerätemässig sehr gut ausgestattet: Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach. Geschirrtuch, Abwaschmittel, Schwamm und Geschirrspültabs werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Beim kleinen Tisch stehen sehr bequeme Stühle. Bequeme, nicht zu weiche Matratze. Alles sehr neu, aber auch etwas steril eingerichtet. Genügend Stauraum. Geräumiger Lift führt in die oberen Stockwerke. Geräumig erwähne ich, weil ich schon oft Lifte erlebt habe, in denen bloss eine Person mit ihrem Koffer Platz hatte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehdistanz. Ruhige Gegend - auch wenn die Hauptstrassen in der Nähe und die vielen Hochhäuser es nicht vermuten lassen würden. Duschgel (welches sehr gut riecht) und Seife werden zur Verfügung gestellt.

Es sind bloss Kleinigkeiten: Pfannen ohne Schutz übereinander gestapelt: Da werden sie leider bald zerkratzt sein. Eine Garderobe und Schuhablage wäre wünschenswert. Leider kein Salz, Öl, Haushaltspapier, Backpapier u.ä. vorhanden. Badezimmer etwas eng. Haken für Tücher im Bad etwas zu kurz. Für die Reinigung hätte ich mir einen Staubsauger gewünscht. Oder zumindest einen Handbesen. Mit grossem Besen und kleiner Schaufel war es etwas umständlich. WLan etwas langsam und es unterbricht ab und zu. Vordergründig sehr sauber. Als ich aber die Kaffeemaschine verschoben habe, kam ein dicker Schmutzrand zum Vorschein. Wände im Eingangsbereich etwas fleckig. Zerbrochener Kleiderbügel im Schrank. Leider keine Tagvorhänge: Man fühlt sich etwas ausgestellt. Am meisten gestört hat mich, dass es keine Nachttischlampe, sondern nur grelles Oberlicht gibt.

Neue, sonnige Appartments an ruhiger Lage

Tolle Lage, neues Appartment, ruhig, sehr bequemes Bett, Küche ist aureichend mit Basics eingerichtet, geräumiger Balkon, das Café/Restaurant im gleichen Gebäude ist absolut genial! 20 Min. zu Fuss zum See, 3 Min. zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Einzig die Ausstattung ist sehr nüchtern gehalten… Alles in allem aber top!

Nüchterne Einrichtung, keine Vorhänge, keine Bilder, keine Leselampe beim Bett. Da besteht noch deutlich Luft nach oben ;-)

Un soggiorno comodo e confortevole in una struttura moderna e piacevole

Ottima posizione: centrale, servita da ristoranti e supermercati, limitrofa all'area dei campus universitari USI e SUPSI. La struttura è moderna, architettonicamente piacevole, con aree spaziose e servizi moderni. Check-in autonomo semplice. Ottima la vista e il senso d'apertura offerto dalle stanze dovuti all'ampia vetrata scorrevole che dà sul balcone privato.

Non sono riuscito a far funzionare il microonde nella mia stana. Il cuscino era un po' troppo sottile per i gusti del mio collo, ma nulla di trascendentale. Era presente del cibo di un cliente precedente, in uno stipetto: ho pensato io a smaltirlo.

Lavoro e vacanza

Siamo stati a lugano solo 2 giorni ma sarebbe bello tornare in un'altra stagione. la camera era molto carina e comoda, nuovissima e con una splendida vetrata. Anche il terrazzino è comodo. a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. al piano terra dell'edificio c'è un bar-gastronomia con piatti e paste squisite. il personale molto gentile : se non fosse stato per loro avremmo avuto problemi per fare il check in

il check in! la mail della struttura era andata nello spam e non avevo visto che avrei dovuto fare il check in online per avere le informazioni della camera. Visto che siamo in Svizzera internet costa molto ma per fortuna il personale della gastronomia al pian terreno dell'edifico ci ha aiutati.

La posizione era abbastanza comoda

La stanza é minuscola e il letto doppio era un letto singolo che si apriva (tipo Ikea) quindi occupava tutta la stanza. La stanza puzzava di cucinato perche arrivavano tramite il condotto dell aria i fumi di cucina dei piani inferiori. Dulcis in fundo la mattina della partenza niente doccia perché nn c'era acquq calda. Applausi.
