Cozy cute room with everything you need for weekend getaway.

Owners, place combined with family restaurant. Matteo and his family makes this place even more enjoyable. 20 minutes to city centre, stores near by and beautiful church a cross the street.

Proches du centre-ville et ligne de bus à proximité immédiate. Personnel sympathique et à disposition.

Aucune isolation phonique des chambres. Traffic intense jour et nuit, très bruyant. Matelas tres dur et coussin très fin (1 seul en plus dans l'armoire. Pas de lampe de chevet, ni de prise à proximité du lit. Pas de porte-serviettes à la salle de bains ni de support à papier de toilette.

Okolica, miasto, atrakcje, hotel - spędziliśmy fantastyczne trzy dni.

Hotelik (4 pokoje) prowadzony przez włascicieli restauracji - bardzo sympatycznych braci. Pokój duży, klimatyzowany z wygodnym łóżkiem i łazienką. Bardzo czysty, w pokoju mała lodówka i czajnik elektryczny z zestawem herbatek ziołowych. Otrzymaliśmy Ticcino tickets - bezpłatna komunikacja i zniżki na inne.

Nasz pokój i łazienka - świeżo po remoncie , czyste i lsniące, jedynie panowie nie pomysleli o kontaktach, w całym apartamencie był jeden kontakt, więc włosy suszyłam przeglądając się w ... telewizorze. Ale mimo tego polecam hotel jak najbardziej.

Wer nur auf der Durchreise ein Zimmer für ein paar Tage sucht ist hier sicherlich bestens aufgehoben!

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in Lugano und haben eigentlich nur ein Bett zum schlafen gesucht. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt ,auch das Essen in der zur Unterkunft gehörenden Pizzeria war super lecker.

Ottimo posto per un fine settimana

ci è piaciuta la stanza, la posizione, la pulizia e lo staff, inoltre abbiamo trovato il ristorante per mangiare direttamente la sera stessa.

c'era molto caldo e non siamo abituati a dormire con il condizionatore acceso, per cui abbiamo aperto le finestre e purtroppo eravamo in una zona di passaggio, in ogni caso siamo stati bene lo stesso.

Wir waren nur zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft. Gebucht ohne Frühstück. Sehr freundlich Personal, insbesondere Matteo. Unterkunft ist geeignet für ein zwei Nächte.

Ist gibt immer etwas zu verbessern. Aber es ist wie es ist. Das Objekt liegt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse.

Esperienza pessima

Niente.

E’ dentro una pizzeria, con una scala a chiocciola pericolosa e scomoda, nella camera c’e un armadio utilizzabile solo con la barra per appendere bassa, quindi si devono tenere i vestiti tutti stropicciati, perche per arrivare a quella alta NON c’e l’asta per appendere. Nel bagno NON c’e nessun gancio/barra per appendere gli asciugamani, nella camera non c’e una luce di compagnia, c’e una lampada ricaricabile scarica. Niente spine vicino al letto. Ma la cosa piu fastidiosa e’ che la struttura si pubblicizza per il parcheggio mentre non c’e nessun parcheggio privato. Ci sono dei posti pubblici davanti alla pizzeria, che se occupati ti lasciano in mezzo alla strada perche non ci sono altri spazi in cui parcheggiare. I titolari della pizzeria infatti chiedono le chiavi per spostare la macchina in base ai movimenti degli altri. Una cosa assurda! Su quali basi devo dare le chiavi ad un privato: chi si prende la responsabilita in caso di danni? Ovviamente non le ho lasciate. Mi e’ stato detto che se non davo le chiavi mi avrebbero svegliata quando le altre macchine si dovevano spostare! Ho replicato che non mi sarei mossa. Infine, una volta arrivata sulla via davanti al civico senza potere parcheggiare, pur avendo seguito le istruzioni di avvisare mezz’ora prima, non si e’ presentato nessuno, non rispondeva nessuno, e attraverso l’app di Booking mi e’ stato detto che il mio check in era subordinato al servizio in sala perche stavano servendo la cena. Esperienza pessima

Comfortables Zimmer mit Verbesserungspotential.

Grosses Zimmer, Sauberkeit, neue Möbel. Freundliches Personal. Parklatz gleich vor dem Haus.

Kein zweiter Handtuchhalter im Bad. Keine Ablage für Koffer. Zimmer nur mit Wendeltreppe zu erreichen, sehr mühsam mit einem grossen Koffer hochzusteigen. Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht, da nicht aufgeladen. Klimaanlage zwar vorhanden aber keine Fernbedienung zur Verfügung gestellt, obwohl es doch 27 Grad heiss war.

Gemütliche Herberge für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise ☀️

Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und flexibel in der Check-In Zeit, man hatte einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, man hat unten gleich ein Lokal zum Frühstück oder auch Abendessen und generell war das Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für die Nacht benötigten und noch darüber hinaus. Die Mehrfachsteckdose war super praktisch, so konnten wir all unsere Geraten für die Heimreise nachts laden. Es war ruhig in der Nacht und man hat gut schlafen können.

Die Größe des Zimmers war für eine Nacht ausreichend, für längeren Aufenthalt allerdings schwieriger. Man muss sich koordinieren, wann wer sich wo aufhält. Es gibt zudem keinen Aufzug, allerdings war man so freundlich und hat uns den Koffer hochgetragen.

ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen

ausgesprochen netter Gastgeber, Matteus, er hat uns sogar noch in Lugano zu einem Treffen mit seinem Privatwagen gefahren. Alles unkompliziert, schönes Zimmer, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.Sehr zu empfehlen.
