Bon plan pour un court séjour sur Turin

Il s'agit d'une dépendance extrêmement bien aménagée, spacieuse et facile d'accès en autonomie. Quartier calme, proche des commerces et d'un petit club de foot local pour le côté typique. Le tramway n'est pas loin non plus, ainsi que les bus. Très bon rapport qualité prix, pour une nuit c'est le top, literie de qualité même pour 6.

Pour six, manquait un peu de vaisselle, et certaines fenêtres n'ont pas de volets donc le réveil peut s'avérer très matinal par la lumière. Mais ce sont de petits détails, l'aménagement global est très bon.

La posizione buona per raggiungere le principali piazze di Torino.

La casa è arredata con mobili vecchi. In cucina la lavastoviglie è rotta. Il piano ad induzione è uno di quelli da campeggio. In bagno, la doccia non eroga acqua calda (e’ leggermente tiepida, non calda). La camera da letto è spaziosa, ma il letto veramente scomodo. Non esiste una seconda camera, c’è uno spazio antistante alla camera da letto con un divano ed un letto a castello, anche qui con materasso pessimo

Grand appartement magnifique, avec toutes les commodités (lave vaisselle notamment), bien situé à Turin. Le loueur laisse même son abonnement Netflix disponible, autant dire que nos ados ont adoré ;)

Gazdă ......., camere mari, gradina mare. curata si ingrijita, check-in ușor cu program flexibil fara a ne intalni cu gazda, aproape de magazine și într-o zonă liniștită. apartamentul are (a avut) potential cand a fost renovat. acum are nevoie de unele improspatari

Apartamentul nu este foarte curat, si are nevoie de reimprospatare. saltelele sunt pătate... apartamentul nu este rău, dar cu siguranță are nevoie de mai multa atenție. Condensul aerului condiționat curge în dormitor (sufragerie) iar indormitorul matrimonial lipseste. baia este cu intrare doar din dormitorul mare iar cele 4 persoane care ar putea dormi in celalalt dormitor (sufragerie) trebuie sa treaca prin dormitorul matrimonial. Nu era apă caldă iar la mesajele trimise pe whatsapp gazdei nu am primit nici un raspuns (nota 2 pt tacere). noapte alba din cauza luptelor cu tantarii datorita lipsei plaselor de insecte la geamuri. bucataria spatioasa umbrita de slaba echipare cu vesela. oale si tacamuri putine, poti cel mult incalzi ceva, nicidecum sa gatesti (cu greu am putut pregati o portie de paste pt. 4 persoane)

Buena ubicación

Ubicación cerca de parada bus y tranvía, a 30min del centro aprox. Cerca comercios y zona tranquila. Dispone de aire acondicionado en comedor y cocina. El jardín y la gatita. La dueña atenta aunque no la hemos visto. Es independiente a su piso

No disponía de todos los cubiertos ni vajilla, muy justos para 4 personas que éramos. Poca luz en el baño, aunque espacioso. No habían mosquiteras, y las camas eran un poco incómodos. Si mejoran esos aspectos, mejoraría la estancia a los huéspedes.

Mériterait un coup de remise en état

La chambre principale est grande. Du fait de l'absence d'eau chaude un petit geste commercial a été effectué. Cela reste symbolique certes au regard de l'inconvénient et de l'eau glaciale, mais celà reste appréciable. La résidence est très agréable et le chat également. La résidence est calme malgré la proximité avec l'aéroport et les couloirs aériens.

L'eau chaude n'a pas marché de tout le séjour. La télévision ne marche pas dans la chambre principale. La climatisation du salon fuie et inonde le salon (et les affaires). L'ensemble des équipements sont contingentés, il n'y a que 6 éléments de tout (fourchette, couteau, siège, etc). Pas la peine d'essayer de faire de la cusine autre que du réchauffage. Les quatre couchages supplémentaires sont en fait dans le salon, ils doivent passer par la chambre des parents pour aller aux toilettes. Il y a pas mal de moustiques dans le secteur et il ne semblait pas y avoir pas de moustiquaire aux fenêtres. Les tâches sur les murs et sur les plafonds conservent les traces des combats précédents.

Dommage

L'appartement est pas mal mais mal entretenu, il manque de tout ... entretien, vaisselle, climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, et une personne gentille mais dépassée. Bref c'est dommage car emplacement à côté du stade et centre commercial, a 20 minutes du centre ville.

D'avoir les condensats de la climatisation qui coulent dans la chambre 1 et pas de climatisation dans la chambre 2.

Flessibilità con i orari, alloggio vicino all'Allianz Stadium. Accesso autonomo. Parcheggio facile nella via. Buona pizzeria vicina. Posto calmo.

Appartamento veramente sporco. Biancheria da letto al minimo indispensabile (cuscini e coperte). Purtroppo non è possibile chiudere tutte le persiane a battente e mancano tende oscuranti. L'alloggio risulta al mattino molto luminoso. Formiche che vanno a spasso tranquille. Non proprio accogliente

Thema Sauberkeit Küchen-Schränke sehr dreckig mit verschiedenen Flecken. Überall staubig. Böden etc. Waschmaschine seit längerem defekt und funktionsunfähig. Im Schlafzimmer: Kommode mit Marmor- und Holzresten gefüllt. Eingang gab uns kein gutes Gefühl Viel Müll kaputte verrostete Sachen usw
