Assolutamente da prevedere una fonte di riscaldamento autonoma nella camera sita nel seminterrato. Negli orari in cui viene spento il riscaldamento condominiale la stanza risulta fredda, peccato perchè complessivamente il locale è molto carino.

Abbiamo effettuato un check in in questa struttura su 2 livelli : piano terra e SEMINTERRATO in ritardo di oltre 1 ora in quanto l’appartamento non era pronto al nostro arrivo e doveva essere finito di essere pulito ma ahimè abbiamo trovato molto sporco : capelli ovunque polvere da tante parti , sulle scale sulle lampade e il portaspazzolino ingiovabile, dentro divano letto abbiamo trovato scottex usato e …..UNA SCHIFEZZA. Arroganza nelle varie risposte telefoniche avute con la proprietaria Helena che non si e’ mai presentata mandando i genitori ottantenni a pulire . Colazione pessima o meglio inesistente con prodotti sfusi senza indicazione di scadenza ad eccezione di 4 mele e 4 banane ma la proprietà si giustifica : “non e’ un hotel a 5 stelle qui spendi poco e prendi poco o meglio non puoi pretendere di più “…quindi ogni commento credo che sia superfluo. NON CONSIGLIATO

bon séjour, appart très stylé
le petit déjeuner était beaucoup trop léger, 1 gâteau par personne et 1 fruit plus café ou tisane. Il manque seulement un micro onde sinon tout est très bien, belle déco. les 2 salle de bain sont appréciables à plusieurs.
Nous avons eu du mal a récupérer les clefs, un message whatsapp m'avait été envoyé sauf que je n'avais pas internet en italie donc nous avons attendu plus d'1 heure devant la porte, aucune réponse à mon appel téléphonique, heureusement que nous avions des jeunes avec nous qui ont eu l'idée d'utiliser leur whatsapp sinon malgré des voisins fort sympathique , qui ont essayé de nous aider, nous étions à la porte Canapé lit pas du tout confortable, rue et bruit de couloir, porte .

Die Lage ist super. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Wir waren mit allen notwendigen versorgt und umsorgt. Die Besitzerin ist super pünktlich und akkurat. Vielen Dank für die hilfreiche Infos und Tipps. Hat uns sehr gefreut. Ist absolut zu empfehlen. Immer wieder gern. Grüße.

Colazione da Rivedere per 3 persone tre giorni così composta: Le mele nel vaso ormai mature nessuno le mangia. Troppo scarna in tre persone 1/2 LT di acqua per tre giorni, del thè nero e 6 capsule del caffè, 6 merendine. 2 piccoli rotoli per tre persone per tre giorni. Consiglio qualche rotolo di carta igienica di riserva. Tutto troppo al limite.

Puikus loftas gyventi su draugais nes yra atskiri miegamieji su atskirais dušais bei tualetais. Patogus bendras plotas, visi reikiami įrankiai ir t.t.. Gražiai įrengta, švaru. Gal kiek silpna garso izoliacija, na ir žinoma tolokai nuo centro, jei vaikštoma pėsčiomis. Suaugusiems buvo gerai pasivaikščioti. Tačiau su mažais vaikais greičiausiai tektų šiek tiek pavažiuoti autobusu, bet šalia yra autobusų stotelė. Aplamai labai geras pasirinkimas.
