I would love to come back again
The kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped with kitchenware.A quiet place in a quiet location between the Swiss border and and the main attractions of the beautiful Lake Como. Possibility of ferry transport on Lake Como from the nearby port in Cernobbio, Accomodation at a bargain price fully met expectations. I arrived by car and the owner Stefano advased me about parking, tourist attractions and was always very helpful.

It is OK
-Fully equipped -spacious. -Clean. - In a side road, which is not busy due to ongoing constructions. -Good contact with the host, prompt answers. - Childbed was provided!
-There is no fix parking space as described, rather you have to find a street parking, which at the moment due to constructions are free (?) -Thin walled, you hear the neighbours through the door - Not much to see around, need a car or the bus - the apartment is on the ground level, a bit dark - The host asked us to pay a city tax in cash, Booking.com said it is already paid in the fee

Cernobbio con sorpresa!
L'alloggio è al piano terra di una graziosa palazzina, poco distante dal centro di Cernobbio, circa 3 km. Ogni tipo di elettrodomestico è a disposizione dei clienti, dal microonde, alla lavatrice e alla macchina del caffè, comprese le cialde. Non ci sono barriere architettoniche, salvo uno scalino per accedere al pianerottolo dell'alloggio. Le chiavi erano a disposizione nella Keybox pertanto ho potuto fare il self check in senza alcun problema e limitazione di orario. E' arredato con gusto e con amore dal suo proprietario Stefano, il quale ha fatto il possibile per farmi sentire a mio agio dandomi il massimo supporto per il mio soggiorno, consigliandomi anche alcuni ristoranti del posto. Quasi tutte le sere ho trovato posto per la mia auto proprio davanti a casa, ma all'occorrenza si trova parcheggio poco distante. La disponibilità e la gentilezza di Stefano sono superlativi, aiutandomi anche con la scelta dei giorni giusti per soggiornare e venendomi incontro anche tenendomi le valigie il giorno del check out, in quanto non potevo portarle con me. Consiglio l'alloggio di Stefano per i vostri futuri soggiorni sul lago di Como, a Cernobbio e dintorni. Io senz'altro ci ritornerò alla prossima necessità lavorativa.

Soggiorno perfetto tra il Lago di Como e la Svizzera
Ho soggiornato in questo bilocale a Maslianico e mi sono trovata benissimo! L’appartamento è spazioso, pulito e molto ordinato, dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Stefano, il proprietario, è stato molto gentile e accogliente: al mio arrivo mi ha mostrato la casa e mi ha dato ottimi consigli su dove andare a mangiare nei dintorni. Nelle comunicazioni è stato sempre premuroso e rapido. La casa si trova in un paesino tranquillo, ideale per rilassarsi, e a soli 10 minuti dalla Svizzera e dal lago di Como, quindi perfetta anche come base per esplorare la zona. Lo consiglio assolutamente e, se ne avrò occasione, ci tornerò volentieri!

la casa era fría ,pagar las tasas aparte . Llegas del viaje cansado habiendo pagado antes y te toca pagar 4€ de tasas no lo entiendo porque no se paga todo junto .
