Not great

The location is excellent if going to Besakih, it's quiet at night. The staff is friendly and they responded quickly when the water shut off the morning of our departure.

The homestay has a serious humidity problem, the rooms smell like mold and they try to cover it up with excessive scented products. They said fans and dehumidifiers were available on demand but there was only one of each in the whole place and I believe they have 4-8 rooms and that we were the only guests at the time. The dehumidifier didn't work anyway. Our luggage was saturated with moisture to the point of being overweight for our return flight. There's no screens on the windows and nowhere to hang a mosquito net from if you bring one. There were only two outlets in my room and one didn't work. The restaurant was mediocre at best but you don't really have other options in the area.

Good position, good staff, breakfast and food. Room is nice. Family is beautiful. Suggested.

The place is humid and clothes get wet and don’t dry. Maybe a dehumidifier or A/C would fix it. Host is very nice, maybe a little expensive on extra services (drivers/trips/etc). Not a problem at all, I recommend this place!!

Best Homestay!

One of the best homestays on our trip! The room is amazing, very clean and comfortable. We got greeted with a welcome drink and the hosts looked very well after us. The breakfast on the rooftop is amazing and very delicious! We felt very much at home here and were sad to leave.

The owners are lovely and so welcoming! Clean and good value.

The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming (the best we had in our 3 week stay in Indonesia!), and they went out of their way to help us. We were planning to hike up Mt Agung and they insisted on giving us a lift up to the starting point late at night for free, which was so nice of them! The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. Would recommend to anyone considering staying in Besakih.

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage

Super Lage direkt am Tempel, sonst kann man an dem Ort nicht viel machen. Tolle Dachterrasse.

Es waren Ameisen im Bad, allerdings auch nur dort.

Genial estancia

Establecimiento bien situado en el centro de Besakih por lo que es muy buen punto de partida para todas las bondades que ofrece la zona: templos, trekkings, Mt. Agung, … Muy limpio, cama muy cómoda. A destacar la amabilidad y disposición a ayudar de su dueña, me buscó un guía de montaña para subir al Mt.Agung en el mismo día, me buscó un taxi para trasladarme a Ubud ya que en Besakih no hay Gojeks o Grabs, me ayudó a buscar una chaqueta para la ascensión a la cima, … todo por simple bondad sin querer sacar rédito.

Personnel adorable et emplacement parfait !

Le staff est absolument adorables et au petits soins (j’ai pu apprendre quelques mots de balinais avec eux !) Le warung juste au dessus des chambres est très pratique et très bon (je vous conseille le mandarine chicken) Bonne connexion wifi Très proche du temple et du départ du trek vers le mont Agung Lit confortable et chambre propre

Гостевой дом находится, рядом с храмом Бесаких, можно пешком пройти вниз 3 мин и купить билет в храм, и на бесплатном Шатле доехать до храма. И потом спуститься пешком домой. Очень доброжелательные девочки встретили нас приветственным напитком. В номерах чисто, горячая вода.

Всё-таки есть комары, единичные , но есть, поэтому мы в поездку всегда берем средство от насекомых и пользуемся рапортом.
