Персонал приветливый. На ресепшн девушка приятная, в ресторане тоже. Сказали, что ресторан работает только в определенное время, но по факту работали больше. Я делала восхождение на Агунг, поэтому вернулась очень уставшая. Уже после check-out все предлагали отдохнуть у бассейна, но я спешила отдохнуть в моем предыдущем отеле. Расположение удобное для тех, кто собирается в гору и в храм, но в храм я не успела уже к сожалению. Территория приятная, красивый сад
Постельное белье было подозрительным. По крайней мере точно не новым, и с какими то пятнами. Полотенца старые. Освещение тусклое. Но мне этого хватило, т.к. я сразу же выехала на вулкан и не спала почти. На улице постоянно беспокоила собака, которая лаяла не только на людей, но и просто так. Двери совершенно не изолируют звук, поэтому я совсем не могла отдохнуть перед походом.

The guesthouse is run by a small family, and the place is clean, neat, and cosy — perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. There’s hot water for showers, a water kettle, and hangers for your clothes. There’s also a restaurant within the vicinity, and the overall cost is very reasonable. The temperature is different between the day and night, to dress comfortably. They also helped arrange a scooter rental for me, which made getting around so much easier and more convenient.
The Wi-Fi can be a little unstable at night, and the location is quite hidden. I arrived at Besakih after dark, and the driver had quite a hard time finding the way.
That said, the receptionist was truly an angel. She answered my call and patiently guided the driver using the router to help us reach the guesthouse. Really appreciated her kindness and assistance, especially arriving so late at night.
One thing to note is that there is no safety deposit box and hair dryer available.
