Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful place, incredible views of the valley and the volcano. Beautiful pool (a bit cold) and good restaurant. The breakfast is nice too. Very cheap and quick laundry service (2000 IDR per piece). Good AC. The Garden ist beautiful and the surroundings are clean. They have a nice dog that will bark at you on the first day but once he knows you he's lovely 😍.
The bathroom is not very nice, pretty dark and looks dirty. This could be changed with a few additional lights and a different warmth of the light, not this terrible cold white neon light. Same for the room. There's only warm water for about two minutes of showering. Then it takes two hours to reheat. There's a sign that says it is to save water. But if there's one thing that Bali has more than enough, then it is water. They regularly run out of fruit. That shouldn't happen especially with so many people working there and fruit being available for purchase everywhere. One thing that has nothing to do with the hotel: The temple of Besakih is a terrible tourist trap, very commercial and has completely lost any spirituality it once had. All they want is your money.

Loved it!
Loved our beautiful villa, felt so secluded. The location is gorgeous, the food at the restaurant was good for dinner and for breakfast. The pool was also really nice and well kept. Our room was simple but clean and cozy. It can be hard to get a taxi/Grab, as the location is pretty isolated, but we just booked ahead with drivers and you can book through the resort as well so wasn’t really an issue! Just a short walk from the resort to the Great Temple, and we climbed Mt Batur (1 hr away), but the resort is so close to Mt Agung, would recommend if you’re planning on hiking it. Such a hidden gem, the best deal we had in Bali!

Fantastic location and value for money, will certainly be returning to stay again.
Strategically located in a very quiet area within a stones throw of Besakih Temple. The property has amazing views, especially from the infinity pool that overlooks the valley below. Rain forest surrounds and the cooler temperatures are most pleasant. There is no need to head out and try to find a warung, as the in house restaurant has a great menu and priced affordably. All of the staff are very friendly and happy to help with anything.
I never have very hot showers, however the hot water cut out after a very short period of time. The same thing happened with my friend in the room next door. For a very spacious room it could have been designed a little better. One power outlet a distance away from the bed is not really sufficient. However a multiplug is provided for this one outlet.

A great night in the forest
The hotel is hidden in the mountain exactly same as its name. So you will see the amazing views of the woods and sunset just standing in from of your room. The staffs are very nice and friendly. We also enjoyed spa here. The hotel is quite close to the Basaki Temple and it only takes 6min by motorbike.

Great view and good value for money.
The view and swimming pool are the biggest asset for sure. Restaurant is convenient considering the location and the staff running the place are helpfully and friendly.
There is a smell in the cabin. The reason is clean, there is no window or ventilation in the bathroom.

The place is just wonderful, the position is perfect, peaceful but well connected, the staff is the nicest and most professional ever. Just perfect :)
