Amazing location right in old town Rethymno, near the water. Facilities are clean and spacious, the pools and hot tubs are a massive bonus.

Maybe the most well designed room in this category we have stayed in Rethumno Town. Extremely clean, with amazing view, very beautiful and spacious. The jacuzzi had the perfect size and design for 2 people and the area around was perfectly organized with many clean towels.
My only disagreement -which is counting in my general experience- is the water temperature that most of suites with this facility keep between 23-28 C. I find it quite low in the middle of winter and you have to wait a lot. In this room, the size of the jacuzzi it was a plus, because less water, warms up more quickly.
We couldn't have a better stay. It was a 5 star experience. Thank you

Location
Room tub takes several hours to heat up so make sure you start it first thing every day. We are there to relax but there was a screaming child first thing in the morning and at least one hour before bed. No instructions in advance on where to park or how to transport the luggage. The host did help us with both of those things once we asked the right questions. In hospitality, you want to try and take out as much of the struggle as possible. There are only a few suites. It would be prudent of them to know how their guests are arriving so they can mitigate any adversity their guest will undoubtedly face. The refrigerator was not cold. The bathroom and vanity are positioned so that only one person can use the entire area at a time, poorly design.
