We were not issued with a remote controller for AC even after asking. Therefore too warm.

Delighted to return to the hotel (weekend of Rethymno carnival). We had requested the same room as we stayed in last year, 106, and the staff made sure we got it ❤️ lovely breakfast that is very affordable, hotel is bang in the center of the old town, very friendly staff. We love the historic look of the hotel.
Very small complaint that is more a personal preference - pillows in room were a bit thin/soft for us.
