Excellent location in the centre. We stayed on the top floor with a little terrace which offered a beautiful view. The traditional building is beautiful. Staff at the reception was super helpful and forthcoming.

The hotel was excellent spacious room, very clean, staff good but my husband was disappointed with the breakfast because there was never any hot food and when we asked for hot food the waiter responded with disapproval.
Make sure there is hot food for all guests.

Location was fantastic, right in the centre of the old town. Be warned that you can not get a car or taxi to the door due to the street width. The hotel is very close to many really good restaurants and one irish bar. Staff at reception were very helpful. The room was quirky as the bed was on a mezzanine floor which we did not expect. Watch the stairs to the bed as that are narrow and steep.
Breakfast was very boring and repetitive to be honest. Hot food never changed during our stay. The overall selection for breakfast was good however the coffee was terrible to my taste preference. The honey was excellent. The pools were used by the pigeons for a toilet and drinking fountain so we did not use them. There was loud music playing in the nearby streets at night from local bars which is beyond the control of the hotel. We did have replacement towels every day but had stains on them.
