Super nettes, immer freudliches und hilfbereites Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist mega.
In den Räumen sind zu wenige Steckdosen. Insbesondere keine am Bett (Handy, EBook, Laptop, Tablet, Smartwatch). Ein Tisch mit Stühlen in dem großen Nebenraum wäre schön und hellere Lampen würden alles noch aufwerten.

Everything, from the extremely warm welcome from Cali to the fantastically prepared breakfast by Vassos. The location is fantastic to explore Rethymnon town. The hotel is spotless and the restoration of the building has been completed to a high standard. We will definitely return.

The location is great and stuff is friendly.
The room was extremely dark (Room 001) spa bathtub is very small, it was broken (flooded the entire bathroom) and no hot water. Definitely not luxury room.
