Stylish, modern, and cozy — a great choice for any traveler.

A real gem for travelers in transit! The room is small, but it comes with all the amenities you would expect — and even more. Having a coffee machine and a sink in the room was a great bonus and made the stay even more convenient. We also appreciated the secure parking in the courtyard, which added extra comfort and peace of mind. Big TV, nice touch as well.

The glass bathroom door does not provide the level of privacy one would expect, especially given the size of the room. The bathroom space is quite tight, and the door nearly touches the toilet when entering. There was also some difficulty getting into the shower due to the limited space.

Great place for a nice stay!

We arrived late from a trip to Austria. All that we needed was a nice place to spend the night. Te apartment was super for our needs! Confortable beds in a quiet neighbourhood.

Terrible, be aware of what can happen

It looks new

Ver dangerous high stairs (around 3+ meters) without any protection in your apartment definitely not good for a family stay. Hitting your head on the ceiling when you need to go to kitchen or bathroom or even when getting out of the bed. The owner is not helpful at all - he recommended the same restaurant where the breakfast is and has a deal with them but staff there is very unpleasant and when you ask the owner for help he tells you that it’s not his business. Also doesn’t answer for 3-4 hours when there are problems and answers only when you call him out multiple times. He even complains how he has to work during weekends- well then don’t run a business on weekends buddy. Also no problem solved and I needed to go to that restaurant for dinner. Of course I won’t because of the unpleasant treatment but he will not give you a refund. You come to relax and you end up with this. Avoid, there are much better places in Szeged.

Modern room. Comfortable bed.

Modern room, comfortable bed. Bonus the infra sauna as facility. Shower and toilet separate. Very nice from the host the little bottle of drink left for us. Loved the dolce gusto coffee machine. Good location.

Toilet door is glass and toilet too close to the bed. feels like not privacy in the toilet. I would recommend this room for couples or single person.

Luxus kényelem elfogadható áron

Rendszeresen járok Szegedre és mindig itt szoktam szállást kivenni. Nagyon modern, ízlésesen berendezett, jó helyen van. A szobák kényelmesek , minden tökéletes . Már többféle szobájában voltam a szállásnak, mind csodás volt. Nekem van személyes kedvencem, ha lehet, akkor azt szoktam kérni.

Minden tetszett, de van egy észrevételem : boros pohár van, szerintem dugóhúzó is lehetne , mert nem találtunk és nem volt nálunk . Nem nagy gond, vettünk a Tescóban . Legutóbb a Paris szobában voltunk, sajnos a Netflix nem működött , azért nem volt ez nagy gond, de érdemes lenne ránézni, ha már szerepel a szolgáltatások között .

Небольшие апартаменты. Все необходимое для ночевки есть. Очень много подушечек как интерьер. Хочу отметить ужин и завтрак, мы брали полупансион, в ресторанчике который расположен отдельно в пяти минутах от дома.

Заселение просто ужас. Зарегистрировались, получили код. От калитки на улице код работает от входа в здание нет. Полчаса разбирались по телефону с хозяином или администратором не знаем кто он там. Все у него были виноваты и букинг и интернет и солнечная активность. После скандала оказалось что он живет в двух минутах ходьбы. Пришел убедился что наложал, даже не извинился.

A szauna kint van az udvarban de, lényegében nem lehet használni, hiszen a zuhanyhoz át kellene menni az egész udvaron. A falak nagyon vékonyak, mindent hallani a másik szobából. Parkolási lehetőség alig van, nehéz helyet találni a környéken.

Nowoczesny apartament w spokojnej dzielnicy, wejście do apartamentu na kod, klimatyzacja i duża przestrzeń. Pyszne śniadanie w pobliskiej restauracji.

Wybraliśmy ten obiekt ze względu na prywatny parking na posesji, ale okazało się, że są tylko 2 miejsca i są już zajęte. Ale okolica spokojna i miejsce na parkingu publicznym pod apartamentem było dostępne.

Krásný, moderní apartmán.

Apartmán je nový, vkusně zařízený, v klidné čtvrti, v blízkosti tramvajové zastávky. Bezkontaktní způsob ubytování.

Měli jsme 2 apartmány, ale bohužel nebyly vedle sebe. Do druhého se chodilo venkem přes dvůr, což byl problém, protože v něm byly ubytované naše děti. Okna z našeho apartmánu byla do dvora, kde se v noci přijeli ubytovat další hosté a měli problém dostat se dovnitř a velmi dlouho tuto situaci řešili po telefonu s majitelem a hlasitě mluvili vedle našeho okna a svítilo nám světlo do okna a zajížděli do dvora autem. Bylo to velmi rušivé.

Nagyon barátságos, rendezett, tiszta, jól felszerelt kis lakás. Imádtuk a világítós tükröt, az apró figyelmességeket, mint az odakészített kávékapszulák, cukorkák.

Wunderschöne Appartements, ruhige Lage, würde in Szeged nichts anderes buchen!

Wir waren im Appartement Paris, einfach nur traumhaft schön. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher waren im Zimmer - samt Kaffee- und Teevorrat. Sehr einfaches Check-in im Voraus und dann mit Eingangscodes.

Wir hatten 4 Appartements reserviert, davon war eines ein bisschen klein. Da muss man anscheinend im Vorhinein schauen, wenn man mehr Platz benötigt.

Nagyon szuper volt, nagyon jol meg van oldva az elfoglalas és jó helyen is van.

Szép tiszta volt minden, öröm volt ott lenni, fellélegzett az ember. Hajszaritonak is nagyon örültem, illetve a berendezes is minimalista volt, igy a cuccainkkal is teljesen elfértünk.

A nespresso kávéautomatát biztositottak, de dolce gusto kapszulat vettek melléje, ami igy használhatatlan volt. Illetve a hűtőbe egy kicsi fagyasztó részleg sem volt.

4 éjszaka a majorban!

Nagyon tiszta volt és modern! Csendes volt,ami számomra nagyon fontos! A netflix plussz királyság volt!😁😁

A fürdő szoba egy kicsit szűkös volt! De tiszta és modern! A zárt parkoló jó...de van egy fa és lelógnak az ágai...egyik éjszaka csak oda tudtam volna állni,de mivel magas az autóm....karistolták volna az ágak a tetejét.....kicsit fel kellene nyesni azt a fát! Kértünk reggelit is....nem tetszett hogy minden nap ugyanaz volt a reggeli! Szerintem ezért a pénzért....lehetett volna változatosabb is!

Tökéletes volt a szállás ! 1 éjszakát tartózkodtunk , de minden megtalálható volt a szálláson ami szükséges . Ráadásul olyan apró figyelmességek voltak mint az illóolaj vagy kis pezsgő. A város központban 5 perc alatt bent voltunk tömegközlekedéssel. 5*
