Everything was great. New furniture, comfortable bed, spacious room, excellent breakfast, good location, private parking, good restaurant in-house, entertainment for kids in hotel lobby (free x-boxes).

Parking right in front of the hotel, great location near to city center, breakfast
The room was clean overall, but the dust bags in cleaning staff's vacuums should be changed more often. The smell is characteristic.
Beware "twin room". It does not mean "bigger" but "connected with the next room". Door is obviously lockable from both sides, but not soundproof at all. You hear literally everything. Our neighbors were luckily a calm pair with a little boy, who went to sleep right after arriving.
