Everything was great. Amazing breakfast (11/10), friendly, helpful and professional staff. Very open to helping out with various needs for our family. Super fast room service. Great experience with the room terrace on the 4th floor. Totally recommended and we're already planning to come back again. Lunch was also great and highly recommended to all.

The one and only thing that I would like to be better is that there were no good fasting options for dinner although we paid for half-board (e.g. only canned tuna and some salads which was not tasty at all so I didn't really eat much for dinner and chef didn't want to bring out something else), but everything else was above expectations so this is a very minor thing compared to all the other great things that we experienced.

The hotel is in an excellent location, nicely designed, they take care of their guests, it is clean and quiet, there are rooms with a terrace, there is a closed parking lot. Check-in and check-out are quick. Breakfast is excellent, a large selection. Whenever we come to the city, we stay here because we are very satisfied with the service

Nice location hotel but could use renovation

The hotel is really close to the central and has many parking options. Receptionists were nice and helpful.

The whole room could use a massive renovation. Beds are too soft, in the bathroom the radiator is rusty and door frame is rotten.. for two guests we got only one small body lotion. There is no smart tv also the tv size is small.

Location is perfect especially for summer open air theater. Room is comfy and clean, breakfast is very good.

Great choice

In the center, underground parking, good breakfast with lots of options, very spacious apartment, quiet, clean. Definitely great choice to stay in Szeged. We will come again.

We rented 2 bedroom apartment. It was all great there but, to make our stay even better, I would wish to have a bit more dishes there. It was like: yes we have so many cabinets here but they were all empty....

Suprising Szeged

În the middle of the old centre, very close river Tizsa, restaurants, museum, parks and all you need to visit here. A very good avantaje was the underground garaje (need suplimentar payment).

Nice hotel in an excellent location

The breakfast selection was excellent with a wide variety to choose from. The room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, and the air-conditioning operated very quietly, which made the stay even more comfortable.

The central location was convenient, though it did result in a bit of noise.

This was our second time staying here - it lived up to our expectations and did not disappoint.

A usually perfect hotel - with no AC this time

This is the best hotel in the city but this time I had a negative experience: spring arrived early and was a very hot day but the air conditioning did not work - in the whole building. It was not yet centrally turned on, whatever that means. The room I got had 28 degrees inside. The staff were super nice in giving me a less boilng room but still, without AC, not all that relaxing.

A decent hotel in Szeged

Overall, this is a nice hotel, but they gave me a room for disabled people because that was the only standard room left. The room was mostly okay... but that bathroom just left me with a bad feeling. Booking.com should probably be notified when there are events in hotels, so that they can inform people who are looking for rooms, so that they can look elsewhere, so that things like this happen less often.

Best hotel in Szeged by far

I stayed a few weeks previously and was so impressed I returned. This time I did not choose balcony as I do not need a balcony room. The room was as good as before and so clean and comfortable. Also, the range of TV channels is great which is not common in Hungarian hotels even the five star ones. Good priced coffee at the bar - 800 HUF for quality espresso. Nice staff and great location.

Nothing really except the check out time is early 10.00- but last time they were happy to allow me later check out so if I needed it, I could have asked but I had a train to take. I did not take breakfast but the breakfast room looked so crowded in the morning so I would not want to have this option.

The hotel is located near to the city centre. It was easy to find. The staff at breakfast was beyond exceptional. They made us really welcomed in the Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Thank you again for your hospitality

I had notified the hotel in advance that mum has disability and we needed a room which can accommodate easy access to the room and the bathroom. The basin was very deep and high, she had difficulties to get in/out of the bath. Without my help she was struggling. This is something all hotels should take seriously and emphasize on the website whether the hotel is suitable for guests who have disability

Excellent location, modern and clean. Fully recomend

The hotel is modern and very clean. Located near the Domn Square and very close to the pedestrian street in the center of Szeged. It has an underground garage for who needs it that was 11€ extra per night when we went there. The breakfast was excelent and diverse. The front desk staff was polite and helpfull. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had a nice balcony that serves as a terace. Unfortunatelly we were not able to use the spa facilities as it was in refurbishment

The bed was a bit sqeeky and the wife complained there was not suficient light in the bathroom for putting make-up on
