Incredibly quiet

The building has some 1m thick walls, perhaps because of this it is incredibly quiet and cool even without the AC (works fine). As soon as you enter the room, all outside noise is cut off. There are several room options, ours was adequate. As mentioned in other comments, the bed is of the firmer kind, which we liked very much, depends on taste. Parking on the street is free and adequate, considering the circumstances (almost city centre).

The kitchen was minimalistic (microwave and coffeemaker, no range). The main pillows were huge (I have always wondered how could a person sleep on such), luckily there are some smaller ones available. The bathroom is quite narrow, manageable for a normal-sized person, but larger people will probably have trouble reaching the shower, as the sink in front of it makes the passage even narrower.

Superb

The lady who owns the property is very kind. Although there was a delay with my flight we faced no problems. The apartment was very clean! About every 2-3 days some ladies came and cleaned/changed towels. The place of the apartment is not far from the center in a very good area. My stay in this apartment was awesome! :)

Everything was perfect. Except for the noise.

The noise from the hall was great. The door is very thin, wooden. Guests are not quiet and attentive.

The apartment is very cozy, clean and bright. There's a well equipped mini kitchen for a morning coffee or tea. Everything was in a working condition - there were no hidden problems with the apartment that you discover after few hours. Everything you see on pictures that's how it is, it's beautiful!

A nice and cosy location where it is definitely worth returning.

An excellent, nicely furbished and cosy studio, where everything seemed to be arranged with great attention to little details that spoil the visitors! Besides, the apartment is situated in an easy-to-find location, at walking distance from main important points of attractions and has a parking right in front of the building. Highly recommended!

Kossuth Apartmanház Szeged is well communicated with Szeged center and it is very comfortable. Péter is a terrific host. He waited for us even when were delayed. We will comeback for sure!!

Kedves, figyelmes fogadtatásban volt részünk. Szilveszter napján meglepetés pezsgő várt a szobánkban, normál és kölyök pezsgő. Maximálisan rendezett, tiszta, felszerelt apartmanokban tölthettünk 2hetet. Rendszeresen visszajárok és mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom a Rózsa Apartmant.
