Central is the word. Close to everything in town.
Shower drain blocked but was fixed straight away - well done.

Johanna [the caretaker of the house], met us there on arrival. Warm and Friendly. The owner, Chantelle, and Johanna was only a call away if we had any questions or needed assistance in any way. We loved the house itself! It had all you needed to be comfortable and to relax in a small farm village. Fireplace was amazing. The beds and rooms were great. The kitchen was cosy, and we adored the lounge. We will most definitely go there again.
Only downside for us was the gas - geyser. Last day the water was ice cold and didn't warm up. So not sure whether the gas was low or something else.
