I Didn’t enter! I didn’t dare!

The building has no parking. We walked up to the building and there were two people on the steps with all their belongs taking drugs. I asked them if they were staying here, they were but couldn’t get in because her phone was dead and she couldn’t get the pin. We turned around and walked away. It looked filthy!

Terrible place.

The bedding and towels were very clean. The toilet was clean. It was warm. It is close to town.

There was mould in the corner of the room. The windows were super mouldy, and there is a warning not to open them. The bathroom was disgusting. The cleaner is a lovely lady, but the owner doesn't pay her enough to deep clean the bathrooms. We couldn't access the front door as the owner had given us the wrong code. He didn't mention that the parking spot was at the back of the property, and that it was in a one way street. The cleaner gave us the right code to get in the back door, so we were able to help some other people get in as they also had the wrong code. Despite warnings, some of the guests were smoking Marijuana, which lingered on the stairs and bathroom. We stayed because we couldn't afford to go anywhere else.

I was so disappointed didn't like anything after enter this property it's wet all over and it's so smelly and door lock is not working as well, it's too bad condition, it's not liveable, space is so tiny, and it's so cold there, heater also can't see work, it's not good for living, the management is so careless and don't even respond, I wouldn't recommend to anyone this place It's just rubbish One of the worst

The room was big enough.

Shared bathroom, and the bathroom was not clean at all, l thought the room has ensuit bathroom. One has to come out of their room for the toilet or shower facilities which is shared by other rooms. Also room had NO tea or coffee making facilities. Not value for money.

The room was freezing as the windows were letting a lot of the cold air in and the heating didn’t work. There was mold around the windows, on the ceilings and along the coving near the floor on the wall with the window. The room smelt really musty. As an asthmatic it wasn’t good to wake up and not be able to breath due to the mold and the amount of cold air in the room. The bathroom wasn’t very clean at all. The sink and toilet was filthy and there was mold in the corner of the shower.

disgusting blood on bed sheets damp carpet stunk of weed and smoke stains all over the walls pubes all over the bathroom screws on the carpet. mould in the bedroom, window was smashed. someone tried breaking in.. meanwhile the door has already been boarded up… a group of men where outside shouting and swearing demanding i let them in…. banging on the room window and kicking the front door to try and get in. really unsafe. only thing i can think of is it’s a for drug relation. never coming back again. white stains on the curtains and the headboard of the bed don’t want to imagine what they are. LOUD MUSIC AND SCREAMING.

Well this is really annoying because if someone don’t no about area There’s no sign board no coution no building number the front door was closed with two bars of wood smell is everywhere Special when I entered the room unfortunately i never had a stay although i come back to my city which is 90miles away at the night time which is really hard to come back at late night just according to ur smelly room im sorry to say that all these but it’s 💯 true otherwise it doesn’t mean i have any issues

The window was broken on the bottom floor and had been put through from the inside as the glass was on the outside we asked for a refund as we was on a busy road and the traffic kept us awake all night

Very bad experience

First, the key they posted in the video was different from the key at the door of the house . I was stranded outside on a cold night. When I called,AI answered and didn't provide any help. The toilet is old and dirty. Needs renovation with modern fittings. The mattress was not good and gave me waist pain. The furniture and wardrobe was very old. Finally there was no parking space for a car.

Nothing I liked about the place drug paraffinalily in the room there was a lass with a kitten in the kitchen facilities my partner was bitten 3 times by only thing I can think of is bed bugs and they are a right mess!!! I have stayed ere 3 times and the first two wasn't great but this time i couldn't wait to leave & will never be staying there again

Nightmare

I was not impressed. This place I believe is used as emergency accommodation. There was a lot of noise from other guests and the rooms were basic. The bed sheets had stains on them and the room had a fair bit of water damage. Shared toilet and kitchen facilities were especially concerning with the rowdy guests. Would never go back.

Communicatie met de eigenaar: Hij Gaf bij boeking instructies voor de achterdeur. Bij aankomst code voor voordeur. Maar ik stond toen al alleen, in het donker en in de regen bij de achterdeur. Eigenaar reageerde pas na 15 minuten. Deed na afloop alles af met: no harm done. Nou ja: zijn reputatie??? Hygiene: Douche op andere etage: ik heb niet gedouched. Zou daar niet schoner van geworden zijn.
