L’appartement était très propre, possédait tout le confort nécessaire. Le propriétaire a été hyper réactif très gentil et très conciliant car il nous a laissé l’appartement plus longtemps pour nous permettre de laisser les valises. L’appartement est à 20 minutes de Temple Bar et à une quinzaine de minutes du parc Phoenix.

Il est situé à 20 minutes du centre, mais dans un quartier où l’on trouve beaucoup de sans-abris. L’environnement est assez triste.

Host contacted me via Whatsapp just as I was setting off on the plane to give me check in information, Great to have some videos to show us about the key padlock and the code system to get in. Location was great, just in the middle of south and north side of Dublin and reasonable walking distance from centre Temple Bar area and places of interest. Lovely to have the view over the river. Great to have some items in the cupboard, eg tea bags, sugar and other things (probably left from previous lodgers). Shower was good. I expected only two bedrooms with two bunk beds in them, but the beds were in 3 rooms, so it was great not having to share the room with someone else. The beds were very comfortable and most of us slept very well. On the whole comfortable, spacious, had good shower and some tea bags too! It was brilliant for a group as we had our own space and also group space when we wanted to sit and chat.

It would have been difficult to get to the key padlock without someone with long arms, and most of us who went there are short!!! I sent an email to accommodation via booking,com and never had a reply. Some of my friends who were just wearing socks, mentioned that the floor was not as clean as it could have been... The bedding did not smell of freshly clean, though I have no reason to think it had been used.. The place could do with the addition of dust pan and brush and a pair of scissors.

The owners were attentive and easy to contact and the location is perfect - especially if you enjoy people watching.
