Great location with easy access to the local train station and a great local store, with a wide range of goods available and local restaurants and cafes. Also easy access to the local waterfront, boat terminals and main shopping area of Bregenz. There are some amazing churches up the hill! Good response from Patrick when we first arrived and could not locate the washing machine. Also very helpful when we had issues with the WiFi link.
External appearance of the apartments sets a bad first impression. Internal common areas are a little disheartening but the apartment is generally good. Note... washing machine is in a common laundry and upstairs... you will need coins to operate.
No fan or Airconditioning if you are there during a hot spell.

Die Kommunikation über Telefon klappt hervorragend - Patrick ist ein überaus engagierter Gastgeber und steht stets mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Der Check out und Check in klappt mittels Schlüsselsafe unkompliziert. Das Apartment ist wie im Angebot beschrieben - alles da was man so braucht. Sehr zentrale Lage und doch total ruhig. Kann ich wirklich nur weiter empfehlen.
