Die Lage war perfekt für einen Besuch an der Seebühne. Seebühne war zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für eine einfachste Übernachtung ausreichend.
Einfachste abgelebte Ausstattung. Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen oder waren offen und ließen sich nicht schließen. Fernseher hatte kein Signal, Keine Ventilatoren, nicht an allen Fenstern Rollos, nicht geeignet für mehr als einmal "nur" schlafen Einchecken vor 15:00 Uhr ist mit Extrakosten verbunden.
